Safety precautions are not marked by signs or alerts or minor repairs done to ensure seniors do not fall. The step up into the building is not flagged with bright yellow paint or signage to say step up!!! Nobody wants to hear repairs are coming and you risk being sued for falls and injuries you have been informed about. People are located in Haslette, Michigan tripping and falling and the long story that repairs are coming is unacceptable . Get some yellow safety paint to paint bright paint on curbs and step up to another level and note areas on different levels, put cones over broken concrete. People pay high rent and deserve a safe environment.

Instead of taking accountability they fire the people that care about the residents and try to make changes. The best change that needs to be made is new owners or for this facility to be shut down. That about sums up everything you can expect out of this facility. Unless you want to drop your loved one off to die, avoid this awful place at all costs.
