In November we sent a ring to this business, they were to remove the stones and reset them into two…read morerings. They were mailed on November 15th and the rings finally arrived back on March 10. That is just short of 4 months. The rings are beautiful, but the long wait and numerous excuses were beyond annoying. Also the price went up from the initial quote. So I would not use them again and neither will my jeweler who handled the transaction.

They are knowledgable about their inventory, which is nice if you aren't sure what you are looking for. The "Happy Family" and "Sky Painter" brands are unfamiliar to me, but after watching videos I found some gems. They also carry Black Cat, which is classic. It's nice to get some cakes people have never seen before.
