I've been here twice and the people at the front are great taking your order. Also, after a while they come to your table and ask you if you need anything! Never seen that in this kind of business. Employees seem to be treated well and maybe that's why they are so nice. Food is also well prepared as far as you can expect in sort of fast food Japanese.
