Then after a day or two, they reached out to change the time. Alright, not a big deal. They told me that my groomer wasn't available on that day/time. So, they gave me another groomer at a different time. Not a problem. Another few days go by and I get a text that they need to change the time again. Oh okay. It's changed again. Okay, at least we are set. That was my train of thought. The day of the appointment, I get a text saying would it be okay if I came in 30 minutes? Ummm the appointment was at 4:00pm and you are asking to arrive at 11:30am. I'm at work at this point, trying to get ahold of my husband who is at work, so we can try to rearrange our schedules to accommodate the complete change in time. Honestly, my husband was upset that this was happening while he's at work. I was also irritated about this last minute change and only 30 mins notice. That's just not okay. You can't do that to people. I understand that they have you sign paperwork and let you know that there's a 2 hour window for your appointment. So, you do have to be available within a 2 hour window. Which is fine. If my appointment is at 4pm then the 2 hour window would be around that, and it definitely would not include 11:30am. That's way out of the window so they weren't even following their own policy. That's frustrating to me. Not sure my husband and I will pay for this service again, just because of the appointment time changing so much. It's unfortunate because we do like the grooming for our dog. Original appointment was at 8am. They changed it to 4:45pm. Then they changed it to 4pm. They tried to change it to 11:30 last minute/ on the day of the appointment. That's just not professional. The whole point of the mobile grooming is that it is convenient and easy. This experience was neither.

I used to go to one of the top pet salons in the city and paid half what Elite is charging today. $55 for a small dog grooming, $35 for just a bath, glands and nails. For what they charge I could get both of my dogs bathed and groomed for half the price. Nail's were $10. More power to you if the folks in Tennessee will pay for what you're charging.

I figured I'd give this place a try. The grooming process seemed reasonable too. It took about 2 hours and my fur baby was all done. They were quick really. Haircut came out cute! They gave her a pin and bandanna. I'm happy with the results of this groomer. I see why they have good reviews. My Pomeranian looks good and she smelled super nice afterwards too! They have an online booking system that is easy to use. You can book online whenever you want. Love that convenience at your fingertips.

Then they started to tell me all the extra charges for matted ears, long fur, things that no other groomers have ever mentioned. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my 5 lb dog with them after they acted like they weren't sure if they could trim her the way I wanted. I have never had these issues with any other groomers. I would recommend avoiding this business if you have never been there before

Not very happy about my experience my dog was a toy poodle and I advise the groomer to trim my dog…read morethis is probably the second or third time she's done this her name is Suzanne, I'm sure she means well but if I say trim my dog don't go out and cut him till he's like skin short and she would say oh he was matted she couldn't do it okay if that's the case then you should definitely let the owner know if they want to continue rather than cutting all of his hair because that's not what I wanted. Will not be returning.
