This was an ideal pediatric because of proximity to our house but nothing is worth the terrible level of service. I tell everyone to avoid NWA Pediatrics.

They have extras for kids luke free water bottles and fruit to snack on and craft carts with a helper to keep them entertained in the waiting room. We went to the ER one time with my daughter and they got us right in. They brought her fidgets to play with and let her pick out snacks which made her much more comfortable and not worked up. I brought up four issues in one appointment and Dr Bracey dealt with all of them. Was there 4/17 for chest pain and was told I would have a test ordered. Never heard back and ended up at the hospital for the same chest pains. Called to follow up about it, as the hospital recommended, and instead got told they were still waiting on a prior authorization. Still? She then asked about a bill on the account, which I inquired about as there was a new charge on there just for being seen when I already paid my copay at the appointment, and she said must be my deductible and hung up when I didn't have it. I've also worked in medical billing and that's not quite how it works unless they somehow didn't check my deductible, which is doubtful after that. And a prior authorization does not take that long. Called my insurance and they said there was a note stating they were told no prior authorization was required on 9/8. They waited that long to try?! And still lied? Desk lady is always sweet in person but had no problem being condescending on the phone. Unfortunately will have to find a new PCP. He is very knowledgeable and would only recommend as a last resort.
