I feel like lighting up a fat cigar and discussing my stock portfolio whenever I stumble by. The style is distinctly classy. Clothes you would wear on the yacht, in the boardroom or to an important interview. Henry Bucks has its own brand but sells aside other big names like Gant and Hugo Boss. Other accessories, like watches, leather goods and personal grooming supplies are available too. I recommend Henry Bucks to anyone with some extra cash to splash on themselves or a loved one.

The stuff here looks very nice (but it's nothing I couldn't luck out with at an op-shop), and I'm sure it'll last me a while, but, like I said, I'm not too concerned with that sort of thing. I love the slightly old-world ambience, with a modern lightness, the staff are not pushy, and their range of clothes is great. I am of a more industrial strength build than your regular runway model, and I was glad that not all their range is "slim fit" as many other brands seem to be these days. The sales guy explained that as it was a New Zealand and Australian brand, they catered for our body shapes. This is great for me, as their clothes are well made and classically cut ensuring that they will last more than just one season. My shopping experience was made all the better as the staff were cooperative (none of this not helping each other because they are worried about who will get the commission) and they knew the stock in their store well, and also were able to see what other stores had if they didn't have exactly what I wanted. They seem genuinely friendly, and this means that I will now make this store a regular haunt.

The perfect place to get gifts for your loved ones (Insert sarcasm here). But really, it is a handy store to have in the mall, not as frustrating to get to as the Cheap as Chips out yonder. I find myself going there to buy wrapping paper or sticky tape or the kinds of things that don't NEED to be of superior quality. The staff are no doubt in borderline slave labor. Please be forgiving if they do not have those fake cheery retail smiles you have come to love from other stores. Cheap products, and cheap service, but that is to be expected.

It was fast approaching 5pm, when I suddenly remembered one last thing! Zing! I told my best friend that I needed one more thing before I went home. I told her: "Xmas shopping makes me go nuts sometimes! Figuring out what to get my loved ones is half the battle, and then having to find a shop that actually sells decent wrapping paper!!" My best friend resorted to taking me to this store and she found for me a nice Xmas box for only $2. She said after with a very serious expression, "The Reject Shop never fails. You don't need to buy much this Xmas, or need expensive wrapping paper." (Note that because I only had notes, when I opened up my wallet, my countless 5cents coins flew up in the air, and all over the ground. How embarassing! It had to happen in the Reject shop, out of all stores! Luckily my best friend helped with the picking up of all my silver Aussie coins and we recovered quickly!) I gave this store an extra star, because from time to time I do find this store useful when running low on funds. As self-confident and highly independent as I am, we can all benefit big time with the extra wisdom, support and help from our best friends, especially over this Xmas holiday season, when most of us have hit hard financial times. Remember that.

There's a good mix of bric a brac and as with all these types of op shops you never know what you will find. So I kept looking through the racks and racks of clothes and shoes but nothing of interest for me there. Some succulents out the front except for one very unusual plant but I didn't buy it, plus stacks of hats, fluffy toys, etc. But I did find something for $2.50 which I had been looking for several months ago and paid the brand new price of $45.00 for non other than a 'bread slice guide'...grrrr.

There are casual clothes and everything in between to formal and wedding dresses and being an upper market they are a bit more pricey than your typical recycled clothing boutique. Also as a matter of interest Posh was also one of the first recycle boutiques to start up in the eastern suburbs. The clothing they accept is in excellent condition and worthy of an indepth search for a designer bargain. There are also handbags, shoes, accessories, jewellery (new and used), etc. They also accept items on consignment but speak with them regarding terms and conditions. All the clothes are arranged in order of size on the racks so there's no endless searching for sizes and the staff are helpful too.

18/12/2011 The way I feel when I try on clothes in Roger…read moreDavid is probably the way Justin Timberlake feels when he gets ready to perform his concert: It is nerve-wracking and exciting, but I have to be ready to put on a big show. Like Justin, but maybe not as much as him, I like to perform. So I make sure to keep up my appearances by watching music videos at every spare moment I have - observing what unnecessary luxurious clothing the rap stars or artists are wearing. The shop attendant approached me within seconds of entering the store and kindly took me upstairs where all the best clothes are. She spent an entire hour with me dressing me from head to toe, and made sure I left the store fully educated about what clothes to wear next time. Not only that, but we talked about how well she's doing in University and that she is only a few months away from finally becoming a Lawyer, and how sad she was going to be when she leaves retail. That emotion in itself deserves five stars. I've never heard anyone feel that way about retail the way she did. She did an amazing job of giving me an extreme makeover, and turned me from casual skater boy to a very stylish Business manager who looks like he has way too much money to spend. I will never forget this store experience. When I put on these clothes I allow myself to dream about becoming Australia's Next Top Male Model on the biggest Sydney fashion catwalk, or getting ready to enter a courtroom as a corporate lawyer, or having a drink at a posh cocktail lounge. There's always the cheaper option. If I need a new shirt or pants, I just need to go downstairs for the casual street wear - this store is full of good selections and you can sense that the upper management who selected these clothes have great taste!! I've never seen a men's store whose clothes all seem to be in sync with one another. So cool. You'll pay a lot of money for an entire outfit, but the quality of your appearance in the mirror is absolutely "sheek, trendy and stylish". Everything you wear will be slim fit and brings out the best features of the male body, including my rear end, but trust me, the ladies will love you for it. You will notice that there are some unique designs on the suit jacket that really goes well with the other parts of the outfit. The colours purple, black and grey seem to be so compatible with each other. I was going to give this store four stars, but I'm sorry but the service I received from the shop assistant was one of the best I've ever experienced in Adelaide. The only downside to this store is that it can get expensive if you buy more than a few items. Due to my lack of funds, I really can't afford that much in here. My dreams of becoming the next Usher are sadly on hold for the moment.... but I love how you're open on Sundays! :) But what a better excuse to go hit the bars next weekend, than all of my new expensive businesswear?!?

I bought my first pair of boots from their Marion store in July this year. I had never before paid anything like $500 for a pair of shoes, so my expectations were not only that these would last forever, but would feel like i was walking on air. Unfortunately after 3 months my feet were so uncomfortable whilst wearing them that i took them back to see what could be done. They remeasured my feet and sent the boots away to be stretched I persevered with the boots for another month, applying the leather treatment and going that they would eventually "give" enough to make them comfortable to wear. Finally on Saturday, i took them back into the Adelaide store to see what could be done. The lady their was just so helpful. Even though the shop was busy, presumably with Christmas shoppers, she took the time out to carefully remeasured my feet again, and confirmed that i actually required a one half size larger than what i had been given. She tried me out with a larger size & sure enough they were much more comfortable. She then explained how the factory was able to strip and remake the shoes to a larger size. Although she advised that because the factory was closed down for Christmas, it would be some time before i could get them back. As the shoes were just too uncomfortable to be worn i told her that i would leave them with her and wait for them to be repaired. We went up to the counter where she took ask my particulars. But then instead of handing me my receipt to collect my repaired boots at some time after Christmas. She handed me a bag with a brand new pair of boots. I was just so happy that i felt the need to share this great service with the community. If you're in need of some good looking boots i strongly recommend the R M Williams store in Gawler Place, Adelaide.
