They carry just about anything you need. I was in early on Saturday and the store was not crowded. Groceries are well organized and shelves neat. The check out clerk was friendly and eager to assist. They post their sales flyer on their Facebook page each week. I came in wanting to purchase some steaks that were on sale. Based on how low the per pound price was, I wasn't expecting much. But the steaks were lean and looked really great. They have a large selection of Amish prepared foods. Lots of jellies, etc. I also was impressed with the large number of Walnut Creek spice blends they offered. I can't wait to try them. The store was very neat and well laid out. I was warmly greeted by every single employee. I will definitely be back soon.

They are beautiful stores that are well kept up, the staff is excellent, very friendly and very helpful. Obviously, the stores are nowhere near as big as the supermarkets, however, they do provide a nice selection of items. Obviously not as broad of a selection, but they certainly have everything you would need from a market. I like coming here to get vegetables and fruit, as well as when I just need to grab a few things on the way home. Prices are similar to other markets, and for the atmosphere, which never feels crowded, is a great choice.

I called in advance of coming to Kroger @ New Castle to purchase tickets to the Beach Boys concert on 8/5 at Conner Prairie! I was told that the advanced sale tickets were $29 each. When I came into the store I was told that the $29 tickets were not available for the August 5 concert by the Beach Boys. It was printed on the tickets!. I can only guess that the person that spoke to me on the phone did not know how to read! This is certainly not up to Kroger's standards!

My little car took $42.01 filled up. I was told by Kroger it should go back on my card in 24 hours. Will it be returned to my card on a Saturday!?!!?!! Who knows, but if you use your debit card at the pump expect a hold on your card. I don't need that money for anything today but what if I did!!...It's just to bad i guess.! No more gas from Kroger!!! Lesson learned!!
