Turns out in is the incorrect water heater, and clearly states that it is not to be place into a mobile home. So when contacting them "Bob" stated he would never do something like that because he could lose his license, and that it wasn't his company that installed that. He was shown proof that 1) his company did install it. 2) He signed the receipt and 3) it clear says on water heater not to install in mobile home. And yet he still wants to say he wasn't the one who installed it. Someone had stolen the paper work and he isn't responsible. Regardless if "Bob" installed it or if Joe blow installed it, it was your company!! You are responsible to fix it. But he is refusing to do so!
