Sam's cost estimates were perfect and using our VA loan benefits and Sam's shrewd negotiating skills, we ended up getting money BACK at closing!! Even though Sam made us feel like we were his most important and only customers, I am sure Sam was working with other clients as well. On top of that, he was finishing up his recent and well-earned BSBA degree. If Sam could make us feel like VIP's while doing all this, and while we were over 1.5k miles away, imagine what he could do for you now that he has graduated (Magna Cum Laude)!
