I have been working with Tammy Stuart to close on a home that her agency listed. In a conversation with Tammy; Tammy told me that her original agent was one of the most incompetent agents in her agency and was no longer working the listing. Tammy made many excuses for the communication breakdown between herself and my agent primarily citing her recent vacation and having too many cases to maintain to know the details of all of them. Tammy described the sellers as the worst sellers she had ever worked with citing their lack of finance as a primary reason for her inability to do her job effectively. Finally, in our conversation, Tammy questioned the experience and integrity of my own agent suggesting she was new to the real estate business. I walked away from our conversation feeling that Tammy was willing to put her own ego above the sale of this home. Tammy pointed fingers at everyone else involved instead of taking personal responsibility as the broker of her agency for the mistakes that were made. In a conversation with the sellers of the home; the seller expressed concern to me that Tammy had not been communicating with them and felt that Tammy and her agency were personally liable for the loss they would be taking on the home. I feel Snap Realty is dedicated to the properties they manage and asked I be the best I can be at my job. They were on top of my repairs at all times and took the time to personally supervise the work being done. They had me send them updates at all times which made my job a bit tough, but in the end, I feel it made me commit fully to the work I was assigned. Without any initial commitment from me, they brought up my property on their computer (very quickly), discussed what some of the challenges could be, talked about the area in a very knowledgeable tone (without being condescending in any way, shape or form) and gave a workable ballpark estimate on what it would take to get an accurate survey of my property lines. I never once got the feeling I was being taken for a ride. I didn't feel talked down to - they really did their best to talk in plain English, and in the end, the price was waaaay less than the ballpark figure they gave during the initial interview. When they came out to the property, they were very respectful and very professional. While I tried to stay out of their way as they worked (took about two hours), I did want to know specifics in a couple of areas and Evan accommodated every request I had and his partner (so sorry, I forgot his name) was quick to put in a stake. I got my official results in less than a week. I can't say enough good about this company. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a survey.
