Long story short, I cannot believe they're providing "deep cleaning" for homes and carpets. I will never be using their services again. They showed up an hour late. Even though I shared with them the exact sqft of the home and areas that need carpet cleaning, they charged me an extra $150 on the day of saying this was more than they anticipated, $400 total. The equipment they used were ones you can buy at your local Walmart. The help that they supposedly asked for never arrived so the job took two more hours than what they told me. One of the cleaners was swearing while cleaning my bathroom. After they said they were done cleaning my place, they asked me to check off areas that were okay. That part felt pressuring, as they waited around doing nothing. I checked thoroughly afterwards and found dirt on the carpet, hair and dust in corners of floors, and the freezer not cleaned at all which I forgot to check off. The worst part was the vinegar solution used for the carpet. One of the bedroom carpet used to be plush, is now dried up and rough. The other bedroom carpet is now growing mold. They admitted using too much solution, which explained the smell that still lingers in the home. The professional carpet cleaners managed to get some of the vinegar smell off said the carpet was in a very bad state before their deep cleaning... and were surprised that it was shampooed and deep cleaned prior. The owner said they would give me a partial refund in the next 24hrs on Monday 8/29. I've yet to receive it and I worry that she never will. I decided to write this review in hopes that it'll catch their attention. Update: Lowered to 1 star because they keep lying. A refund should not take this long. The sister company "Quality Control Cleaning Services" supposedly gave me a $150 refund. They didn't even care to get my name on the receipt. I still don't see any refund in my bank statement.

Evidently the person I was speaking to (Krystal) is NOT the same person saying their name is Krystal online.
