I needed one state business form done. She couldnt tell me the difference between EIN and FEIN and had to look it up then made me interpret the answer off the web. This went on for fice or six other questions. And I said why dont we discount the consultation since I'm giving most of the answers. Then we went back up to the reception who did not know how to discount the fee and then they want all my SS and personal info for what? I dropped $20 cash and left. I expect a tax advisors. We have been using their services for over 4 years and we are noticing now that some issues are amendments to our taxes due to errors from this EA. There's been no direct contact with Julia, but we have been working with Anne Dunisch so it's kind of confusing about who has been doing our taxes mother or daughter ( who I'm assuming is Julia ), and not sure if the daughter is licensed as an EA also.
