I came in VERY nervous because I have truly been raised to fear God and the IRS! I unfortunately was unable to file my taxes for several years due to the IRS saying there was an issue in 2021 and I was having to paper file, instead of e-filing which I have done for as long as it has existed! I tried working with my usual online tax filing company, but they were not able to help me! After searching online for several days I discovered PARAMOUNT TAX RELIEF, and they LITERALLY live up to their name! From the moment I walked in the door for my appt. I felt a sense of relief. I was worried I was going to ask the wonderful man Imran at the desk too many questions, but they were more than happy to help me with ANY question and made things go so smoothly! Then Faith called me back and was able to see what needed to be taken care of and everything was seen what needed to be seen, and she was so kind and excellent about everything! She helped me to feel 100% better and gained a customer for life! I tried to finish the rest of my taxes in the waiting room but was having issues with my phone with Covered Ca. That turned into another dilemma for me which they ALSO resolved after having repeated failure downloading the Covered Ca info. All in all, they are truly PARAMOUNT WITH DOING YOUR TAXES, AND TRULY GIVE YOU THE BEST SENSE OF RELIEF KNOWING THAT YOU DON'T HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH THE IRS! THANK YOU AGAIN! I will be recommending E-V-E-R-Y-O-N-E to come to you for their taxes! See you next year! read more

I am very impressed after speaking with Emron on the phone about the needs of our company. While our needs are a bit complicated and out of the box for Paramount at this time, Emron offered to call me back as he spoke with his associates and see if he could recommend someone for our immediate needs. We will be looking for a firm to do the annual accounting and books / payroll of the company and once our immediate need is settled, we will be coming back for a new consult. This company seems like one who will go the extra mile for people in their care. No wonder they have 5 stars! read more

I can't say enough great things about Faith! She is the perfect combination of professionalism and genuine care. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers every question with patience and truly looks out for your best interests. You don't feel rushed. You can tell she cares about her clients beyond just the numbers. Her office staff is equally amazing--friendly, organized, and always ready to help. First impressions are everything! The entire experience is smooth, efficient, and surprisingly stress-free. If you're looking for someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, and personable, I highly recommend her. I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

They put me at ease straight away! They listened to all my questions (many) and patiently answered. I looked up many firms before selecting and I am so glad I went with them! I completely recommend them for all your tax needs. My wife and I were desperate to find an honest, reliable, and qualified tax preparer. We came across the company on Yelp. Normally we find our restaurants this way. And it did not fail to help us find Paramount. We were absolutely pleased with their service. Faith and Irman were a joy to work with. And they didn't make promises or guarantees of a huge tax refund but took the time to explain everything to me and I was very pleased even though I owed. So contact Faith and her and her staff will take good good care of you. read more

After two different CPAs (with two other companies) failed me in properly listening to my concerns and accurately executing my business and personal tax documents, I stumbled across Paramount Tax Relief.   Immediately, I was able to conclude that Faith is brilliant at understanding taxes. She fully vetted my potential write offs and then methodically walked through my business expenditures, meticulously ensuring that accuracy was paramount to ensure the best possible product in the end.   Both her and her assistant Imran were in contact with me throughout the process to ask me additional clarifying questions and update me of the status. It goes without saying that Paramount Tax Relief has secured me as a customer for life. read more

When you need a Tax service and don't know where to go, Paramount is a wise, and friendly choice. Tax year 2023, that was me. After the passing of my Mother, my 95 Y.O. Father had recently relocated to Sacramento and needed a new accountant for taxes. We reached out to Paramount. I was so at ease as soon as I entered their office with my Dad. He enjoyed the little candy treats they offered him, and treated him with such dignity and respect. I was so impressed with the working character of this office, I immediately began questioning the dry uncaring environment of my Accountant who I wouldn't dare ask to take a new client. Imran is the heart and head directing all immediate incoming inquiries and business at hand. Faith and company are educated, devoted, and caring tax professionals. They just completed his second year. 2024 had new expenses, and exemptions requiring a different type return and less taxes owed as a result. I am so grateful for their professional and caring services! read more

They attempted to charge me $700. I am married and have no children. When I confronted them, they quickly gave my deposit back.. Don't patronize. Whatever they say, the bottom line is that you're charging twice the regular cost for tax services. I called the IRS, and they gave me the code that would be if they did not return the documents. The agent agreed. ONCE MORE, THEY ATTEMPTED TO CHARGE ME $700. I HAVE SINCED ENGAGED ANOTHER TAX SERVICE AND WILL BE CHARGED $275. THIS SERVICE IS A RIP-OFF. read more

I am happy that I chose Paramount Tax Relief. They have amazing customer service, they listen to my questions and provided information that H&R or Turbo Tax could not. Holy Moly, what a great company! I had multiple tax problems and they handled them all. I decided to give Paramount Tax Relief a try due to my situation : 1. My IRA did not make the minimum distribution as scheduled in 2017, and then me rolling it over to a more reliable company in 2018 and my enrolled agent/CPA/tax preparer didn't address these issues I discussed with him for tax years 2017 and 2018. 2. Because these taxes were so screwed up, I kept putting off my 2019 taxes until it was too late. 1-1/2 years too late. So I went to Paramount to have them correct all this mess and to also file the current tax return. After reading online about all the IRS taxes and penalties I was imagining a $25,000 tax bill. After sitting in the chair Paramount for just 7 or 8 minutes, a very strong calmness came upon me as it was explained that they have "seen it all before, and alot worse". They knew just what to do and could do it quickly and that I should not worry about it anymore and that "It won't be that bad" Sure enough, when I was called to pick up my taxes, I was informed of tax refunds totaling several thousands of dollars! When I picked the taxes up, I was asked kind of a silly question; "Would you like us to try to reduce your penalties? (Some penalties had been taken out of my refund due) Of course I said "yes" and signed a form. About 6 weeks later the IRS informed me that (most) of the penalties were waived, and that I would be getting a refund for the penalties! All of these charges from Paramount for this work were less than my former tax preparer charges for 2 years of tax return preparations, and it was done right this time. And to think I could have done this long ago and not have been kept up so many nights! I VERY highly recommend Paramount Tax Relief! read more

Amazing customer service from Faith and her extended staff. Not only did they work to save our family money, their rates were very fair. After years of going to H&R Block (with rotating tax workers every year) and Liberty Tax (which just closed in our neighborhood, I stumbled upon this company and couldn't be happier. Other businesses should take a cue as this is how customer service should always be. Smart and dedicated workers. 10/10. read more

This place is a scam !!! Please beware, they Say That They'll work hard for you to stop the IRS from stopping the garnishment , Yes they stop the garnishment (which you can do yourself by calling IRS) but what you end up with is a debt that you owe the IRS in the first place that will go higher with interest and penalties. Example : lets say you owe 10k to the IRS amd all these scam places do is stop the IRS from garnishment but you still owe the 10k which if you dont pay it off it will grow to 15k by a year . So these scam artist say they will try to settle for a smaller amount then what you owe , if you Look on the IRS website You have a better chance of winning the lottery Then getting a settlement that the IRS will agree with . Trust me save your 4k and go on the IRS website to do exactly what these bums do . read more
