The receptionist was friendly and helpful. I have delta dental, she said that they can look the information up instead of trying to get the info from me. I needed an appointment at 5:30 or later, their last appt is at 5, so I had to take a Saturday appt. about 3 weeks away. After the interaction, I got a text confirming the appointment. I never authorized text so I would have preferred that she ask if text alerts are ok beforehand. My appointment was on a Saturday. They texted on Monday to confirm and Wednesday to confirm. I responded on Wednesday. I then received another text on Thursday to complete their new patient info. I filled that out. On the day of the appointment, I realized how much I disliked the area of the dentist because there was no parking. I parked in the village parking lot nearby though. I came in, she asked for my id and insurance and I was seen on time. The hygienist took X rays and brushed my teeth. No scrapping, no tools, she literally Just brushed my teeth and told me the doctor would be in. I've never had a cleaning so fast. That's usually the last step in the cleaning. When the dentist came in, he was very likable and he performed the cleaning with those scrapes and tools I was looking for. He was relatable and said his wife was one of the other dentist along with another associate. I like his demeanor and his professionalism and knowledge. The receptionist checked me out, she didn't give any paperwork regarding my visit. She asked me if I needed any appointments cards for my follow up visit. I declined. Overall it was a good visit. There was a couple things that I was used to that didn't happen, the ,222,333 when the dentist checks the spacing/bone loss didn't happen, the X-ray was handheld, typically the hygienist leaves the room and pushes a button. The order of the cleaning threw me off, typically the polish is last. It was just things that I'm used to that didn't happen. Doesn't mean they did a bad job, it was just different.

I was satisfied with my routine dental cleaning here. It was my first time at this dental clinic,…read moreand I was able to get an appt to check out my inflamed gum and get my cleaning done. Dr. Ahmed and the dental assistant were very nice and the cleaning was pain-free. I do wish some of the equipment like the X-ray machine could be updated and that the room I was in had more privacy. The chair faced out towards the front lobby and front desk; even a curtain would be nice. I received a goody bag afterwards with floss, a toothbrush, and mouthrinse, and left feeling like I would definitely continue my dental care here.

From the moment you walk in, the vibe is warm, welcoming, and professional. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and organized -- they make scheduling, billing, and even dealing with insurance feel effortless (which is a miracle in itself). The office itself is modern, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. It feels more like a boutique spa than a dental practice. Dr. Fields is phenomenal -- skilled, gentle, and truly cares about their patients. They take the time to explain everything clearly, never rush, and always make sure I'm comfortable and informed. I've had cleanings, a filling, and even some cosmetic work done here, and every experience has been painless and professional. Special shoutout to the hygienists and assistants, who are just as amazing -- gentle hands, great energy, and super thorough. My teeth have never looked or felt better. If you're looking for a dentist who actually makes you feel good about taking care of your teeth, 28 to Brush is the place. I've recommended them to friends, family, and coworkers -- and now to you too. You won't regret it!

I originally…read morefound this office from doing a Google search for a dental office that actually had good reviews. I don't know about you, but most of my experiences at the dental office have been unpleasant. More often than not, I have felt like just another person that fills a chair with no real personal care or plan. Once I saw the great reviews for here- I booked an appointment. That was almost 4 years ago, and I haven't gone anywhere since! My very first appointment here was probably the best one I've ever had at a dentist. I had just came from a dental office where I went with a problem of bleeding gums and all I was told was that there was a mouthwash I would have to use to correct the problem.... Pretty much forever lol and then sent right out the door. It went the complete opposite here though. I first met Dr Diana Barzano and she got me right together......she was so sweet that she gave me her cell phone number in case I had any questions or issues with my mouth after she got done working on me; I had a lot of issues going on. Despite what I had going on she made me feel super safe and actually cared for. Everyone in the office is an absolute sweetheart and extremely professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Val is another one of my favorites. I started taking my young son there and he loves her too. Although he is only nine, she and everyone else is very hands-on with dealing with him, especially since he can be pretty nervous in the office. I am so glad that I found them and don't plan on going anywhere else.

A total nightmare. I am writing this review 4 years later because the traumatic experience that was…read morethis dentist visit has returned to cause me further pain. When I used this dentist 4 years ago (an East Indian gentlemen whose name I cannot recall) I was under the Obamacare dental insurance plan. The dentist, knowing this, told me after looking at my terribly infected tooth, something along the lines of "these procedures, and things such as novocaine cost a lot money which your insurance does not cover". Then more statements along the lines of "I have to think of my family". I found it to be a really weird statement, and it was quite aggressive how he said it but I just responded politely, with the expectation that the dentist would do the job expected of him. Looking back he was being extremely unprofessional and doing the job either I or the state expected of him when listing him as a obamacare/countrycare linked dentist. He was very rude and abrasive the entire time and treated me like a second class citizen. Mind you, I am ALWAYS polite, so this wasn't in response to rude, squirmy or indecisive behavior. The worst of it is, he used very very little novacaine. After a couple minutes of EXTREME pain, as he drilled into my infected tooth with what seemed like barely any novocaine. I asked him to use more, which he did, begrudgingly. Even then, it must not have been much, the pain was still extreme. I have had many dental trips, none have bothered me. I am quite adept at dealing with scraping drilling, or anything else of the like, as long as novocaine is used of course (for the drillling). This Dentist just simply didn't care about the pain he was causing. I DID think that was the worst of it, because I ignorantly believed that infected tooth/cavity would be healed from said procedure but boy was I wrong. He cleaned the area and gave me a filling on top of it. But even then the dentist said the pain "might" return. The truth is he KNEW that the pain WOULD return, because (what I realize know, that I did not then) is that I needed a root canal, he KNEW that. Here we are 4 years later, I have EXTREME pain radiating from from the same tooth, all throughout the left side of my face. There is no reason for this, other than the PURPOSEFULLY bad dental work performed by this man (I have take perfect care of my mouth since those days). Now that I can get real insurance I will go see a REAL dentist who will NOT physically TORTURE the person in there chair in order to save money. What he did seemed to be pure classism and wrong. But still, I could have dealt with any sort of rudeness, oh well right? It's the drilling without novocaine, and the intentional covering of a root canal with a filling that gets me upset. I say avoid the dentist at all cost, he is not a good human being at all.
