As a result, I had to make multiple phone calls for CPAP supplies. Left so many voice mails and text messages, but no one seems to be bothered or in a hurry to respond. Finally got a hold of someone last week. They told me that the supplies would be sent within the next few days and to call back if I didn't get them. I still didn't receive them, so I had to make even more phone calls and send more texts. Finally they responded and sent the supplies within a few days. The supplies I received are not the right ones for my CPAP machine, not surprising since they never asked me which one I had. I received supplies that were completely useless and it took them nearly a month to fill the order. So ridiculous! I'd highly recommend staying away from this medical supply company. They're totally incompetent and should be closed down for their awful customer service.
