Within 3 months of consistent rehab, communication, exercise, and dry needling, I am back on the tennis courts and continuing to live my life as I did prior to injury. They were very attentive and listened throughout the entire process. As I went in for my weekly PT, Joe would assess my progress and would address both gains and losses from the week. We would proceed from there...communication was key! There was always a plan. Mary helped me with dry needling and while it was uncomfortable for a couple of the sessions, it was truly beneficial overall. I would definitely have dry needling done again if I had a flair up. I found Chris Kelly when he and Mary first opened Fox Valley P.T. and Wellness when my husband required specialized Physical Therapy after spinal surgery and months at Marionjoy and the treatment from Chris was exceptional! For myself, I have received P.T. from Chris following 2 knee replacements.. both knees are still strong after ten years. in the interim I have returned for P.T. for shoulder , back and balance issues which have been resolved each time under Chris' personalized therapy and home exercise plan. I went in after I rocked my left shoulder...ouch and after a few months it wasn't getting any better. Right from the beginning they were kind friendly and courteous. The woman I spoke on the phone to make my appointments name was Fran acted like a real person-her personality was so kind and patient. I have made appointments at other offices and it seems like I am putting them out to make an appointment....not here, Fran was fantastic! I walk I to the office it is neat and clean and the office is neat and uncluttered. The rooms are once again neat and uncluttered with modern technologies and equipment. I am greeted by a nice gentleman that I later found out was the PT who is going to help me and make my shoulder all better. Kalen was really nice and explained things to me and after I told him I was terrified of the medical field -needles etc...he was happy to answer any of the questions I had about implements in the office to calm my fears. Kalen was able to make me feel comfortable and relaxed (even with the fear inside me) and the hour went by rather quickly and they were willing to work with my schedule for follow up appointments. I am glad that I have found a great place for PT with good people in a nice facility....if you need a little Physical Therapy TLC I would highly recommend this facility.

It was a…read morebit overwhelming trying to schedule our two girls for PT - in addition to all of the other appointments for severe scoliosis (prosthetics and orthopedics), school, my work, etc. I broke down crying the first call to try and schedule as it was a lot of additional time off of work for me and lots of time out of school for the girls. But after the initial appointment with our therapist, Karolyn, she worked with me to schedule them when it was most convenient week by week - letting me know when after school appointments opened up. She even saw both of them at once so it was less back and forth and time off of work for me. And don't get me started on Karolyn. She is the nicest, kindest person and she connected so well with each of our girls (ages 11 & 13). She was very gentle yet pushed them to succeed with their therapies. I couldn't help but to hug her at our last visit. She has helped not only our girls, but has also helped me understand how to help them and to cope with caring for them.
