Top 3 fish sandwich I've ever had, and it ain't #3…read more I got Cousins' Famous Fried Fish Sandwich and basically created my own combination of Jim's Way and Sabin's Way. Haddock, hand-breaded and fried, lettuce, tomato, and tartar sauce on a brioche bun. I swapped Jim's Havarti for the American cheese and pickles from Sabin's Way because that combination just made more sense to me. And listen... this was quite possibly the best fish sandwich I've ever had. The fish was crispy, the haddock was cooked perfectly, and everything on that sandwich worked together. The American cheese and pickles were absolutely the right call. I added a side of fried shrimp, which came with five, and the fries were good too. But make no mistake, that fish sandwich is the reason we're here. Cousins is one of those food trucks I pull up to every chance I get, and this sandwich is exactly why. At this point, when I see that truck, I already know what time it is. Palate don't lie. ‍
