Saw the chiropractor first time for the evaluation about 40 minutes. Next time for about 5 minutes, because he was late for a meeting. Third time I sat in the room for over a half hour and never saw him before I got up and left, canceling all future appointments. If you're that busy don't book appointments and don't bill the insurance for 1 hour for nothing.

I was greeted with a PA that was probably 30 years old and she asked me why I was here. I explained to her that I've had four lower back surgeries and am in need of a fifth hopefully final so when I finally saw the PA.? She talked to me for about 5 to 10 minutes and I carry all of my medical history related to my back including recent scans, MRIs and Xrays. So I explained to the PA what I did for pain what helps my pain what worsens l 100 and is my pain and. The PA kindly said, excuse me and she went into the room next-door and was talking to Dr. Roland Reinhardt within five minutes. The PA returned and stated to me I'm sorry I missed you Anthony. Dr Reinhardt told his PA to tell me there's nothing we can do to help you, I was in awe! Now I'm 60 years old and I don't go to doctors with demands. I go to doctors with back up.IE, scans x-rays, reports and recommendations from other back surgeons . Today, March 19, I received a bill from Dr. Rowland Reinhardt whom I never saw or met or spoke to, for $120. Dr. Roland Reinhardt will never ever ever see that $120 fee to talk to his PA who never once even asked me why I was there not once. So be aware of this con artist.. and by the way, I have three insurance cards. IEHP., Medicare part A and B., and Humana gold. And the reception there never even asked to see my insurance cards.. so Dr. Rowland Reinhardt is a professional, but it's not geared around what you need or want. Dr. Rowland Reinhardt's clinic is geared around how much money he can drain you of without even seeing you meeting you or talking to you. DOCS @ Eisenhower, scipps La Jolla , cedar Sinai basically roll out the red carpet for their patients and they don't charge you for that. I have my surgery scheduled for May of this year locally at docs.. so I'm sharing my experience with the public that I had or in this case didn't have with Dr. Rowland Reinhardt about getting a third opinion of my fifth back surgery and my first fusion. No office is perfect, having a fasting child wait so long to eat isn't ideal nor is the waiting time from when you check in. But once you make it in with the Doctors it goes by quickly. Location with such high heat and waiting outside for long periods of time is also not ideal, thankfully we were parked close by enough to sit in the car with the air on until they were ready to bring us in. I will say the Doctors and Nurses are amazing, they are professional and very comforting to both my kids, they made sure they were relaxed and knew everything would be okay. They also had a super fast recovery, they were up and going in no time! Healing part went by much better than what I expected!

The office instructed us ahead of time that he needed to fast, which is already difficult for a young child. We arrived on time and waited in the lobby for over an hour and a half. At 10:00 AM, after keeping a hungry and thirsty child waiting, we were told they would not be able to see him because he coughed in the lobby. We confirmed he is not sick, but they still refused to proceed. If coughing was going to automatically disqualify him from being seen, this should have been addressed immediately upon arrival -- not after such a long wait. It's especially frustrating given the fasting requirement. Asking a 5-year-old to go without food and water and then not honoring the scheduled appointment time shows a lack of consideration for families and young patients. I understand caution for illness, but communication and timing matter. An earlier decision would have saved us a lot of unnecessary stress. We also drove over 100 miles (about 2 hours) specifically for this appointment, which makes the situation even more frustrating. Because of this experience, we will not be returning and do not recommend this office. We will also be informing our primary dentist not to refer patients here in the future. Very disappointing experience overall.

They are not giving me the copy, holding it hostage, waiting for the ransom of 300 dollars. i reported it to my insurance, inspector general, and will report to several more. the medical record is an ultrasound film review. It is unknown if it is accurate, truthful, or even realiable, as Halo Diagnostics apparently practices billing fraud. The large number of negative reviews on Yelp suggest this business cares less about service quality.
