It's on the third floor so you get a little bit of a view, which is always nice. Overall, the vibe is just on point. The only cons I can think of revolve around the parking situation. The street parking can be very limited given the location. The prices can get up there depending on what you're looking for but honestly, there's a little something for everyone. Shades of gray are dominate throughout with wood vinyl flooring in the main living area, soft, plush carpet in the bedrooms with dark kitchen cabinetry and tile back-splashes and decorative lighting. Amenities include a gorgeous outdoor courtyard with a pool, grills, a hefty pergola all in a center courtyard protected from the street noise and I would think, some of the wind. The clubhouse is a nice spot to entertain with a kitchen, pool table, fireplace and comfortable seating all located next to the courtyard. The workout facility has several cardio machines, requires a key card to enter and a business center onsite. They also offer a 379 space parking structure with 40,000 sq. ft. of retail shopping and restaurants on the main level of Penrose On Mass. Located at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and N. I love marching bands! My neighbors are exceptionally lovely as well. The night we moved in, I think we met most of the people in the immediate area of our apartment. The people across the way were having a small party and offered us a "Welcome to the neighborhood" shot. It felt really comfortable, like we had been old friends that moved back from living out of town or something. Even now, I say hi to my neighbors which is something no one did at our last apartment. It's a true community here. Even now, I'm dreading the day when I'll have to move out of this amazing little hamlet, which in my opinion is one of the loveliest communities in Indy!

I have a dog and there are many dogs in the complex, but I have not had any issues with any other dogs. The price is good too - not overpriced. I would highly recommend living here.

Having a hallway separate the bedroom and living room/kitchen was very helpful, especially when guests stayed the night. The apartment also has large closet and bathoom area. My fiancee loved the pool and we both loved being right on the Monon. I'm going to miss the short walks to the Broadripple restaurants and walking the trails right behind the apartment. Management was great and helpful. Maintenance fixed any small problems I had in a timely manner and seemed to really care about the shape of the apartment. Overall, I definitely recommend Shore Acres. I'll miss living there!

Despite having standing water in our apartment for weeks, they show no interest in sending us a licensed plumber or giving the apartment a professional mold inspection. The plumbing in this apartment is not done to code. Word around the apartment is that mold and leaks are quite common here. Ignore the influx of positive reviews on Google taking place all within a month of each other; management incentivized those. We wanted so much to like this place - amenities are excellent, neighbors are friendly, and location is great - but management will treat you horribly as soon as there is an issue. We are not the only ones!

I am on a first-name basis with the property manager. Any time I have had a maintenance issue, the team has been great and very responsive. The maintenance team is very kind, professional, and pleasant to be around. The complex has a great gym on the 5th floor that I frequently use to get some exercise. I enjoy it because the majority of the time no one is in there and I can be alone to train. If you like exercising or going on walks, the location is great because there is the Monon Trail less than a block away. There are other safe quiet neighborhoods close by which are great for spring and summer walks. This apartment is in a really solid location if you want to go out and grab a bite to eat or enjoy some nightlife. There are a lot of great local restaurants. The Broad Ripple strip is a half-mile walk, which makes it nice if you want to go out and enjoy nightlife with friends, but far enough away to not be bothered by the nightlife noise. In the spring and summertime, the upper patio opens up with furniture. It's a great place to hang out, grab a tan, and listen to music while reading a book. On the 4th of July, the skydeck is an awesome place to sit and view fireworks. I've done it every year that I've lived at Park 66. Overall, great place, team, and location.

There are a lot of great reviews for this place, but after living there for 7 years, it was not…read moreeven close to the luxury living experience they advertise, nor worth the money especially with several brand new complexes just down the road charging the same amount. When we moved in, we'd traveled across the country to get to our new apartment to find that it was never cleaned after the previous tenants moved out. There were fixtures the last tenants had changed that the front office had no idea had been installed, and though a cleaning team was brought in after we'd moved in, we were still finding trash like windowsills full of cigarette buts for months after. We had our dishwasher replaced a few times because there was a terrible smell coming from it that no one could figure out, until maintenance finally determined a hose had been swapped under the sink and the dishwasher had been washing our dishes with disposal water. This was a complex-wide issue. If you smell rotting eggs coming from your dishwasher, stop using it. Maintenance told me our dishwasher wasn't supposed to wash our dishes, anyway. You have to wash by hand before putting dishes into it. We stopped using it altogether at that point. Our dryer hose was never connected to the wall, but no one ever checked that, and after having maintenance out several times for the warping that was happening to our laundry room door, their fix was to repaint over the paint that was literally melting off the walls. It took a year before anyone figured out what the problem was. I was bit by a dog that lived in our building. My partner and I reported it to the front office but asked that the police not be called because we didn't want the dog to be put down. The front office staff took that to mean that we didn't want anything to happen at all, and though JC Hart has a one bite policy, there was never any recourse for the dog owner. The dog would then go on to attack multiple dogs in the complex and when someone moved into our building with a puppy, the front office manager told me that she was uncomfortable telling the family that there was an aggressive dog in the building and asked me to do it for her. So I did. I should have been compensated for doing her job for her. I lived in fear of the aggressive dog for a year before they moved out. Our building was right next to the front office and for a week, every morning sometime between 3-5am, the front office's fire alarm would go off. Since it was in the middle of the night, the alarm would trigger the fire department to come out. This was obviously a problem for all the surrounding buildings as the alarm is loud and ongoing and the fire department honks the horn upon arrival, and though this happened multiple nights in a row, not a single email was sent out to the complex until I reached out for information. We were treated like a nuisance for wanting to sleep through the night and told it was worse for the front office staff who would be woken up to the alarms as well (notifications on their phones). In the 7 years spent at One One Six, cars were broken into nearly every summer. Sometimes it was a benign breaking and entering when someone's car door was left unlocked, and sometimes it was someone having their car window smashed. The complex never did anything about it, despite the ongoing issue it presented. When we first moved in, and for several years following, the valet trash service and the dumpster at the complex accepted recycling. This was a huge reason we chose to move in. After people who did not live in the complex began to use our dumpsters on site, the front office staff chose to punish the entire complex by removing recycling services completely. Their suggestion was to drive 30 minutes to the nearest recycling drop off center with our recycling that had to be hand sorted. Not only was the price of trash pickup not reduced, we were making a weekly hour long round trip to the center. The only luxury about One One Six was how quickly maintenance would come out for our (many) issues.

Undoubtedly the best move in experience  I have ever had. This experience made a lasting impression on me. Kabrina's responsiveness to every email communication, and her professionalism  made the difference  in my choice to make 360 Market Square  my new home.  While touring this amazing apartment community I felt like a guest at a 5 star hotel.  With so many amenities such as  front door trash service,  free bike storage, concierge service, mail package receiving and so much more were perks I  never seen before  in one apartment community. The luxuries abound here at 360 Market Square. The building is just only 6 years old. Practically new. One of the newest in downtown Indy.  The upgraded stainless steel appliances,  new washing machine and dryers are all included. Did I mention the beautiful views of the downtown  city landscape.  Ohh the night views are gorgeous  Thank you Kabrina Wallace for assisting me in making Market 360 my new home.   I would like to also thank the wonderful concierge, maintenance and housekeeping staff.  You all made my choice an easy one.
