I requested information on why my medication, which is not a controlled substance, was being withheld . Apparently, Walgreens feels their opinion matters more than the discretion of a medical practitioner. The manager on shift somewhat mitigated, my frustration. I was able to get my medication, but after two days of anxiety . I asked the pharmacy assistant if she enjoyed her job solely because she was so frustrated and raising her voice at me . She needs to take accountability for her actions and understand that speaking to people that Way is not helpful by any means . I met her regression with equal force, and at that point, she walked away from me and left me at the drive-through with no point of contact. I had to enter the building in order to obtain my medication where she blatantly lied about our interaction.
