There is never a big wait and if I'm ever looking for something over the counter, the pharmacist will come out and help me find what I'm looking for, helping me pick the best product, based on my needs. They also have a drive through that usually isn't busy and they always take care of things with my doctors office if there is ever a mistake (ex: my doctor accidentally prescribed the wrong medicine and the pharmacist at Realo called to get everything straightened out). They do the things that you would just expect a pharmacy with good customer service to do, unlike the big chains.

We are in a college town, with a ton of teens/ early 20's students who are bound to have acne they want to get rid of. This is going to be my third round taking this medication, so I am fairly knowledgeable about it and they always act like I'm an idiot! I went in today to pick up my acutane script, I didn't have my medcard on me because it's back home with my mom. My mom sent me a picture front and back of the card, hoping they could type in the card number. Before the girl behind the counter put any of my information in or added my GoodRx code, I asked her if she was able to type in a card number because I didn't have my physical card. She acted like I was the dumbest person she had ever met. She was so incredibly rude about my question. Then I decided I was going to transfer my prescriptions to Publix pharmacy, because they are closer, are cheaper, and have better deals on their medicines, AND their staff probably doesn't have sticks up their butts!! I went back to the same blonde headed bimbo asking about transferring my meds to a different pharmacy, not another CVS. And she was rude, again... surprised?? Not me! Wish I would've gotten her name so I could name drop her in this review!! Literally never coming back to this CVS again.

It's definitely a best-kept secret and you're not going to know about it unless you're a local or a local or someone familiar with the area takes you there. I was taken here Saturday morning for breakfast. The counter has some old Pepsi Co. memorabilia displaying around it. Most prominently an old Mt. Dew sign from days gone by. After ordering a Dew I settled for a fried egg sandwich with a sausage patty and cheese & some hash browns. It hit the spot! The grill staff was also great. They chatted with us throughout breakfast.
