They had some great little wood signs, beautiful candles, candy, drinks, alcohol, batteries, anything you may need. Cute place to pick up a few little souvenirs. They also worked on my steering and it was worse than it was when I took it in. I have had the mower serviced at the Eastwood Station several times and had been satisfied with the work before. I don't know if they have changed staff or what the issue is but I would not take anything to them to work on again. Had I not checked the oil (took pictures to verify it had too much oil plus it was listed on work ticket) I may have done permanent damage to the mower. I drained the oil to the proper level today and have my fingers crossed that the mower is okay.

The staff wasn't to helpful we asked the lady about trying on some helmets she said give her a minute. We waited set down listened to her laughing and talking with some guys up front. She never come back to help us. We walked out right past her and she never said a word. In all they do have a beautiful show room and I hope the service isn't always this bad. I'll give it the benefit of the doubt and say it was a slow Sunday and no one felt like being there. If I come back it'll be during the week.

NIGHTMARE....RUN.....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....Worst towing company in the state! I will never use…read morethem again. The staff and owner are extremely rude. They towed my vehicle to the wrong place. I called and ask could they please ask the driver where they towed it to because I've been waiting over 30 mins and it not here at the address that was given. The female representative yelled, cursed me out, then hung up on me multiple times stating that my car was there and her tow driver knows how to do his job. After calling and begging to please calm down and help me locate my car with valuables in it (why I got a ride to the towing location to remove b/c I wasn't able to carry the items before receiving a ride) she put the driver on the phone and he didn't know where the "mystery address" came from where he dropped it. He dropped it at another location that was no where near the address I put in to drop off. He stated he would come back to get my vehicle and take it to the right place. Could you imagine going through emotional and verbal hell not knowing why your car isn't working, who will fix it, or how much it will cost, finding a ride, having to continue paying for a ride until you find your missing car that was taken to the wrong location....and receiving the worst customer services ever while being cussed out, yelled at, and hung up on and paying for that service. What a NIGHTMARE! I'm thinking about taking them to court for emotional distress. Writing this now is causing me great distress.

After two hours of waiting to be put in queue for a tow from AAA, MoCo Pro Towing was referred to us and we were SO grateful for the referral. We put in a work order for MoCo Pro Towing to tow the car the following morning through AAA. They arrived and provided friendly, professional service. Words cannot express how much we appreciate the service they provided. They also offer mobile battery services within the Sanford, NC area. We commend them on the wonderful service and professionalism they provided, not only the night when we put the service order in for the tow, but also for the follow-up they provided with AAA the day of the tow.

This company told my elderly aunt AAA will not pay for a tow if the sticker is out of date, however…read morethe sticker may have been out of date, only because the new sticker had not been put on yet. The young man who came said he scanned a barcode on the plate and told us it came up as out of date, but when we went to the DMV it was fine. This young man charged her $96.00 to take the car to the shop after it overheated in 92* heat. Come to find out AAA said that is not true and sent my aunt refund form to be reimbursed for the false charge by this towing company scamming elderly people. This place should be out of business!!!! The time we were told they would come was 4 hours after the time they actually came, we kept getting text and calls promising a new time that came and went several times before they actually showed up.

I would give 20 stars if I could!! Renegade towing assisted my grandmother with a bad alternator…read morethat AAA put in as a jump start. When the knowledgeable young man who came out and tried to jump it, it obviously didn't start so it needed to be towed. He was quick and efficient as it was hot out and didn't want us out there for too long. He met my grandmother at the dealership, walked her in and explained to the man in the service department what was going on and ensured they told her the correct information. Leo saved the day and the dispatcher (Charlene I think her name was) was so nice and helpful. Can't recommend this company enough!
