I was told they were busy (which I completely understand on a Monday morning) and that they'd get to my vehicle within about an hour. After waiting, they explained they could only patch one tire due to a policy against repairing on or near the "sidewall," and then proceeded to quote me a little over $2,000 for four brand-new tires. Fortunately, one of the mechanics there quietly suggested I go to Frank's for a second opinion. I'm glad I did. The difference was immediate when I arrived at Frank's Tire & Automotive. Even on a Monday morning, I was greeted right away, my vehicle was taken in quickly, and the repairs were handled without any upselling or pressure. They assessed the situation, fixed the issue properly, and had me back on the road in no time. Total cost? $20. And don't let the more "old school" tire shop appearance fool you. It may not look like a brand-new corporate showroom, but the service, honesty, and efficiency speak for themselves. Sometimes that classic neighborhood shop feel is exactly what you want. In a situation that could have easily turned into a very expensive day, Frank's treated me fairly and honestly. They've definitely earned my future business, and I'll be recommending them to anyone who needs tire work done.

First visit: I paid for an alignment and balance, but my truck still shook around 40 mph and the steering wheel was off-center. Second visit: I came back to have them redo it, but they said it was "too late in the day" and refused to do the alignment. Third visit (today): I brought it back again hoping they'd finally make it right. Instead, they took my truck for a drive without even asking my permission, and when they came back, there was a strong burnt brake smell. I quickly realized they had driven it with the parking brake still engaged. When I confronted the tech, he said my brakes were sticking -- which is completely false because the truck has brand new calipers and pads installed professionally. I told him the smell was clearly from the rear because the e-brake was left on, and he literally said, "It doesn't matter." That comment alone tells you everything about how little care they have for customers' vehicles. After all that, my alignment is still off, my truck still shakes at 40 mph, and my steering wheel is still crooked. I've now wasted three trips, time, and gas, and they still couldn't do the job right. I'll never bring my truck back here again, and I strongly recommend others avoid this location. Third time it's been two weeks transmission bad again! Each time I had to pay for transmission fluid out of pocket $275.00 second time he said warranty wouldn't pay all the labor so I had to pay $500 plus $275 for fluid! All because he said my maxima has spacers on rims. Total rip off because dealer ship quoted $6,000 for new transmission and I've spent that with this shop on used transmission. Total waste of money. Be careful because I think the transmission is not being replaced just fixed old bad transmission. Each time I took to Nissan dealership and it was in fact all three times another bad transmission each three times!!! Note: Joe said I had warranty but still car isn't working because he says the spacers on rims void warranty but those same spacers was on car when he first got the first transmission!!
