My wife is very particular when it comes to her car. She was very upset and determined to find a solution. After doing some online research she reached out to a couple of local businesses. A replacement rim would cost $225+ in addition to installation and time to make it happen. Other options included repair of the rim. The first quoted her $120 and she would need to bring the car down to their shop. She then contacted Joe with Wheel Right and found out he does mobile repair and could come to her work and repair it right there. He also quoted her $120. She said Joe was very responsive via text and they were able to schedule the work for the same week. She is very happy with the results, see before and after pics. Joe accepts all forms of payment and makes it easy. Highly recommend to fellow Yelpers!

Not only were there so many hidden fees that were not discussed when signing the contract, but the costumer service was horrific. Each time I asked to speak to a manager each employee told me that they were the manager - that's a lot of managers! Once I spoke to the district manager, I was answered with " Listen, what you're going to do is pay and that's the end of conversation." I've never heard managers settle situations this way, but it's my guess this business is very lenient with managerial titles. The balances were never matching up after my payments and no one ever seemed to communicate within the business, because each person I spoke to seemed clueless about the situation. It was so bad I gave up on the very nice rims and tires, simply because I refused to give my money to these people any longer. Luckily, I was able to find new rims and tires at another, unaffiliated establishment, but to my surprise, they informed me that when my original rims were swapped for the rims given by RimTyme, they took my sensors! When I think back to the day I got the rims, I do remember the employees telling me that my tires didn't come with sensors - which should have been the major red flag. But, being that I was at a supposedly trustable establishment, I believed them and proceeded. I felt pretty naive when I was informed I had been robbed and fooled. I tell everyone to stay away from this place! - stars would be a better rating. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Had the Cary, NC company come out to my home for a wheel repair on 4/16/2024, my wife thought it…read morewas weird that the man left without notice and letting her inspect the repair or let her know he was leaving. After leaving my home for work 4/17/2024 I noticed the wheel was missing a lug and after investigating I noticed that the wheel stud was snapped off. I immediately called Gerber collision who had this company sub-contracted for the repair and explained the situation and they contacted the wheel company. While awaiting a response, I went through my camera footage and found the video of the repair guy working on the wheel. The owner of the wheel company then called me before I was able to evaluate the footage but I let him know they were the last to touch the wheel and I had camera footage I would be looking through. The owner did not seem concerned and backed up his guy's statements that he didn't break anything and told me I needed to call Gerber collision back. After reviewing video footage, I have the moment the tech over torqued the lug and snapped the wheel stud. He then pulled the lug out and just sat it freely back into place to make it look repaired. He then sounded like he was on the phone talking to someone, packed his tools up and left without talking to my wife or letting us know he damaged the wheel. I would not recommend this company, they are liars and after sending a text with video proof to the owner he has yet to respond. There is no integrity or honesty with their work. It's safe to say that they feel they can con someone if the opportunity is there, they will take it. He had no problem assuming we would not think he damaged it and we would be liable for repairs. Luckily I have the video footage to back up the damage claims and Gerber is taking care of this companies damage.

The owner asked me to stop at Partners to have my truck diagnosed. They were busy when I got there but Dallas found one of the techs to come diagnose my truck.
