I highly recommend this place; he had to solder copper tubing in my bathroom and he did a fantastic job. When I initially scheduled the appointment, I sent a photo of my shower handle so the company could determine whether an extension kit could be installed and provide some guidance regarding the expected cost. I was told the scheduler Myka would follow up with me, but I never received a call. About a week later, I called the office myself. The scheduler said she remembered the situation but had not received an answer from her boss. There was no apology for the lack of follow-up, and I was left waiting for another callback. Despite already having an appointment scheduled, I still never received the promised call. The day before my appointment, I received an automated reminder text, and I responded that the company needed to improve its communication and return customers' calls. Myka then contacted me regarding my message, but the message she left felt passive-aggressive rather than focused on resolving my concerns. At that point, I was told they had been unable to locate the extension kit, but that they could install one if I found it myself. I was also given different information about the service fee than what I had previously been quoted. Additionally, I was told that labor would depend on the job, but no one could provide any estimate of what the labor might cost. I understand that final pricing can depend on the work required, but after waiting more than two weeks and repeatedly having to follow up myself, I expected clearer communication and more consistent information. Because of this experience, I chose to decline the service. Unfortunately, I would not feel comfortable recommending this company to others.

I contacted Lowe's Installation Services, and the representative informed me that Matt needed to contact Crume Installations to resolve the issue. While I was on the phone with Lowe's, Matt repeatedly told me to hang up the call, even though he had not received any new information regarding the installation. I declined because I wanted to ensure the work order was handled properly. Lowe's ultimately contacted Crume Installations directly, and the issue was resolved. Matt installed both ceiling fans as requested. My concern is not with the quality of the installation but with Matt's professionalism at the beginning of the appointment. I found his communication abrupt and unnecessarily directive. Although his attitude improved later in the visit, the initial interaction left a negative impression.
