We moved to the area and we needed to find a new dentist. I couldn't be any happier!!! Always makes me feel comfortable and super understanding of my dental fears. Our kids are older but if you have kids, this is the perfect place to bring them. Such a kid friendly office space and today I even saw the staff bring in a teddy bear for a child to cuddle with while getting work done. I showed them where THEY had called ME and made the appointment on my phone, but they still refused to see me, so now I get to enjoy an entire weekend of having an exposed nerve because Young Family Dental has no idea how to run an office. UPDATE: Young Family Dental called me back 30 minutes later and apologized for losing my appointment. They did squeeze me in and got the issue fixed. The dentist who did the work was great. It would have been nice if they could have figured out their mistake before I had to make two trips, but I'm glad to have the issue resolved.
