Guy comes out, looks at the setup while standing 3 feet away and says it is good. He did not check the main water line for cracks or looseness, he did not manually check the clamps for tightness, and he really didn't do anything. $100 for that call. Fast forward a week (and I'm now on vacation) and I'm informed my garage has water seeping from under the garage door. Yep, a loose fitting came apart and water was running freely for a couple of days. My daughter came over and shut the pump off. Called Jennings and they sent a guy over to reconnect what they failed to secure (in my opinion). What a mess I found upon my return. They are unwilling to help with repairs after sharing my concerns and shock. So to you my friends, think on these set of facts before calling.

Always carried 4 window A/C units up and down 2 flights of stairs because they had to be stored in the garage. After 40 years I can't carry these anymore. Talked to Mighty Mike's guy Ken at Canfield Home & Garden Show in Feb. 2025. Ken immediately had ideas of how they could add needed A/C venting and a Mitsubishi Heat Pump to solve our A/C needs. May of 2025 Mike, Ken, & Jason designed and installed our new HVAC system with a New Luxaire Furnace, Mitsubishi Heat Pump, Attic A/C Blower System, and A/C Ceiling Vents. After 12 months I can say it has been a blessing that we trusted & hired Mighty Mike and his team. This new system has kept us warmer in the winter and now cooler in the summer without fail. Now the entire house is cool in the warm months, instead of just the upstairs where the window units were. And we did not pay for more than we needed. The system we got was custom designed to be just the right size for our house. The quote included a complete detail of all the parts and pieces, so we could see exactly what was needed and what we were buying. Do yourself a favor and call Mighty Mike Heating and Cooling. Mike's a truly good guy with a great team. They are all extremely knowledgeable, professional, and do outstanding work. Robert N. Poland, Ohio
