I walked to one of the aisles and found a shelf full of olive oils along with different types of condiments not normally found in your local supermarket. Upon my return, gracious Ms. Rita greeted me again and I asked her about the store. It has been open for almost two months and she mentioned that Mr. Peter Gorbea is the owner. In addition, they will be opening a cafe in the plaza across the street. The opening will happen in a few months. I made my selection of Mediterranean items and enjoyed the various varieties offered. I even purchased a chilled bottle of mineral water that was contained in a bottle similar to one for wine. So upscale! A brighter space inside would make it feel more welcoming and easier to navigate. While we were there, a party of two came in and another group of about five or six shortly after. Atleast have some wet wipes or sanitizer wipes for customers to be able to clean the toilet and base if employees can't do a proper job and I would say hourly bathroom checks and cleans wouldn't be a bad idea since your open 24/7.
