I recently had a difficult parenting plan and child support issue and was thrilled to have Bob as…read moremy attorney. He was able to work through my complicated case quickly and return favorable results. His assistant is incredibly knowledgeable, intelligent and helpful. Her responses to my phone calls and emails were prompt and often came after hours and her days off. Their dedication to my case was comforting in such a stressful time. My relationship with my son has benefited from their work and expertise. I moved out of state for work and was able to get ample time with my son and child support that was fair and not extravagant even though my income is high. If you are entering a difficult time, as all divorce and child custody/support issues are, Brewe Layman is a great choice. If you want an expert and professional group on your side, Bob comes highly recommended by me. A less favorable outcome would have come from my situation if I did not have them on my side. These are stressful and complicated matters and you want people like them working on your behalf. The fees were fair and certainly not excessive. Attorneys cost money and Bob was worth the cost I paid for his services. My suggestion is to be the one to file in your matter first. Better to be on the offense, rather than defense. Although, Bob is sharp and will defend you competently and powerfully. Best wishes during your difficult time. Thank you again!

If I had it to do all over again, I would have called Brewe Layman with my first call over 5 years ago. Thank you for your help in settling this matter and allowing me to move on with my life. I am extremely grateful for your efforts.

Just last month I was in a parking lot fender bender and realized I didn't have my insurance card. I called him at 9a on a Saturday morning and he immediately texted me a copy and sent a printable version to my email. When my daughter had her car window broken into while out of town, Brian arranged to have the glass replaced at her temporary location on a Sunday. I originally started using Brian when my previous insurer cancelled me because of 3 small claims in one year among our 4 cars. When I contacted them they said it didn't make any difference how many cars we had insured or how small the claims, 3 claims in year meant cancellation. Brian was able to get me new car insurance at a PREFERRED RATE! After moving my home insurance and liability umbrella policy, I saved over $200 per month. Brian is terrific. I have recommended him to my family, friends and clients. They all love him!

I was with another agency for over 20 years and when I was sick got some bad advice. I never shopped around. I feel so lucky to have met him. He took great concern for my well being and my family. I was able to communicate at all times. Not only did he help me with my autos, but he helped me with my home which another agent took advantage of me. All it took was one call to Brian. He treated me like I was the most important client he had. He has saved me hundreds. I thank you so much. I was so loyal to the others. I never knew what was out there. I would suggest everyone to call Brian and talk with him. I have called Brian for some other advice and has always called me back. I will never slander others, but praise all the efforts that Brian has done for my family. I look forward for a life long partnership with you. I have told many friends and family members. Thank you Brian.

I have been extremely fortunate to work with Gourley Law group for over 15 years. They have always…read moreexceeded any expectations of exceptional representation. The entire team is the most ethical group of lawyers, paralegals and support staff. You truly will not find another law group who means what they say and says what they mean. My apartment complex was being flipped into condos and they tried to evict everyone with 20 days notice and one letter from Craig Gourley and the entire complex was saved and we were given the respect to have an opportunity to relocate in a respectable tiny manner and we even got bonuses for moving earlier. I was also in a head on collision and the lawyers and paralegals were able to guide me through the process of getting the restitution I deserved without being greedy and underhanded. Everything they do is ethical and with the best intentions for the most ideal outcome

Many advised us to hire a real estate agent but Craig Gourley and his staff at Gourley Law Group helped us handle all the sale by owner paperwork and do the escrow with our chosen title company at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend them for anyone selling directly by owner and their escrow services.

After giving them my business, waiting two weeks, I was told that they could not. Also, afterwards I was told you could no longer get returns from taxes more than three years old. Every tax firm in the city of Billings told me this except for the ones doing my taxes. I had to call them and tell them. Alla very well knew this rule but did not tell me and allowed me to believe I was getting it all back. When confronted he is just like a con man talking circles trying to avoid and blame. I also requested that advanced child tax credit payments from 2021 be requested as mine were stolen. He requested a stimulus payment in the amount of $2700 , not three $400 child tax credit check payments. I would get a return of $4000. After everything I ended up paying $600 to file the returns with a promise of getting 4000 back. Obviously, since the wrong thing was marked, the IRS changed the return and I got back $83. I did not get my missing child tax credit checks and Alla tried to talk his way out of it. Even went as far as to tell me I told him to . He dod nothing wrong! Why the hell would I tell anyone to do my taxes wrong? I know the difference between a stimulus payment and an advanced child tax credit payment And my tax related should too. Why would I tell them to mark the wrong thing so that I end up with nothing. I do not appreciate his dishonest worm like behavior and could've done without this whole experience. I demanded a refund as I would've never paid $600 to file taxes that I was not getting a return back on. These were old taxes I did not have to. He refused and offered $300 blaming me for their mistake..he did not make a mistake and refused to be realistic. most frustrating experience I've ever had with tax preparer,

In November 2021, I visited his office to get copies of some of the documentation from the 2017 case. While waiting for the copies to be presented to me I quietly paced in the lobby. Within minutes Michael Jacobs himself stormed down from his office to ask me what I needed. When I told him that I was waiting for copies of my paperwork he told me to sit down. I told him that I was fine standing and that I would be leaving shortly (as soon as I got the copies, which I was told would be ready in a few minutes). He aggressively told me again to sit down. This encounter made me extremely uncomfortable. I regret working with this firm and cannot believe how poorly they treated me, their customer (who paid their office $5K for their mediocre services). If I could choose zero stars I would.
