Then they tried to Blame myfriends and then demanded more money even when the work was never completed right. I hope they loose their business. So do yourself a favor and double check everything if you use this company.

Steven and his crew did an amazing job on my parent's living-room!…read more I cannot recommend Landin Tile enough. After meeting with three other contractors, Steven's professionalism and empathy shone through all the others. Where other estimators were dismissive and judgmental upon seeing my parents' cluttered living space, Steven was understanding and went the extra mile to make sure all of the clutter was moved out of, and back into, the room. I'm sure to most it looked like a big mess, but after my father became almost entirely bedridden 5+ years ago this space is where they've spent most of their time, and as such the carpet was in dire need of replacement. It took my parents almost an entire year to finally make time for the project, and when I contacted Steven to ask if he remembered us, he immediately did to my great surprise! Not only did he respond to my call on the 4th of July, but he also had the quote to us within an hour and was able to order the materials and schedule us within just a few weeks. We had a rushed timeline since the best time to do the work was when they were taking their first vacation in years. That way my dad's hospital bed could be easily moved around. Steven provided updates on each step of the process and made sure everyone was happy with the flooring even though I live in another state. The room looks beautiful. Thank you again Steven for all the kindness you showed my family.

I thought he was doing a good job. He said he was fixing my problems. He said he had it figured…read moreout. I bought parts and he came over and replaced all these parts. I hired him for four things. The first problem - my car smells badly of gas. He changed the gasket on the fuel pump that is under the backseat. My car still smells like gas. The check engine light was on. And my car sort of starts up slowly. He put the diagnostic tool on the car and it told him to change the thermostat. So I bought the thermostat. He replaced it. Unfortunately, The check engine light is still on, and my car still does not start up normally. It takes turning over many times to start. The third thing I hired him to do was to fix the car vibrating when you hit the brakes at higher speed. I test drove it after he finished the work, but I guess I did not bring it up to high enough speed to feel it vibrate. He basically lubricated the brakes and he said that should take care of the problem. But it did not take care of the problem and the car still vibrates. He claims that he did good work because he lubricated the brakes. But he did not fix the problem. The fourth thing I heard was change the rear camera. That works. one of the three things that I hired him to do, does work better. Now he's over here arguing with me that he did all this work. But he can't seem to understand that he didn't actually fix three of the four problems have. Basically, I paid him almost $500 to do a bunch of work that solved almost none of the problems that I was having with my car. Somehow he feels justified that he actually did some work so he feels like he earned his money. But I didnt hire him to do random work, I hired him to fix problems. He does not seem to understand that.
