The bills do not match up with the hours they work, they inform you that you need work that you do not need, and charge exorbitant fees. They have a complete inability to explain their discrepancies...other than...he was tired and didn't write down the hours right. Ah no...how about he was drunk on a Friday and just tried to rip me off. I had a real, professional plumber fix what he couldn't at a fraction of the cost...payed him for the actual hours he worked and disputed the rest.
