They won't take anything back and won't give you credit for crap, unusable pieces.They use whatever species of wood is available so it's not consistent in cut and fit from one piece to the next. The main salesperson, Trish, (known as "Trish the b____") is extremely rude and unfriendly to deal with. Local high end cabinet makers will travel much farther for quality and to avoid dealing with her.

Dylan came and looked at the job and gave us a quote. He wanted 50% up at the start and the other 50% when the job was complete. Not even halfway through the job, Dylan asked for more on the total for the job, I guess he unquoted the job. Then halfway through the job he asked for an advance. He took mud from our job which we supplied to another job and never replaced it. There was drywall on our front door, he would walk through the drywall he dropped on the floor and track it everywhere. He would come for a couple hours and sand maybe half the job and leave, he could have sanded all the job that day. We fired Dylan, the job was going South. There was no attention to detail. He was swearing at me and threatened me the day he came back for his tools. I was told there was only 2 - 3 hours left before the rooms were primer ready. The rooms were not even close to ready, a long way away, tons of work yet to do. The whole experience was terrible, I would not recommend Hole in the Wall Drywall at all. I now know why he has all good reviews. He will block you on Facebook before you can do an honest review. Later found out and talked to other people who had been blocked too.
