For business and conferences, WiFi is free, works all over the hotel and the resort (around the pools too) and once you sign in, it's up for the duration of your stay, and supports 5 or 6 devices simultaneously. Conference rooms are great. Staff is Turkish and their use of English is sometimes sketchy... so be ready for that. The rest is easy. It's only 30-40 minutes from the airport... so very convenient. The food is abundant and delicious. Lots of local specialties to try from. Swimming pools are huge. All the fun for all the ages of the family if you are there on vacation. I had an amazing time there for a conference. I will come again this time with my family for vacation!

The slides could be longer open and the indoor pool a bit warmer. The SPA is especially useful during rainy, cloudy days. The beach is ok but not great (mix of sand and stones, unfortunately the hotels right and left from belek beach are not taking care of their beaches leading to a lot of rubbish/garbage laying around). The rooms differ a lot and often noise is disturbing (eg from AC machines). Service is in general very good.

The pictures that are shown on the websites are just the more expensive rooms which are the swim up rooms that have a pool you can't even use if you haven't booked an over priced swim up room - otherwise, you are in the main building in a big concrete block with a small bar and snooker table. The rooms are nice, not very spacious but one issue is that there are no bath tubs in any of the rooms, so if you have a baby it might be a problem. The entertainment varies, some lasts only 10 minutes with music for the rest of the night but some of it (especially in the amphitheatre) is amazing. The water park is good for children 6-11, not very big with small slides that get boring after a while. The staff are okay, all nice but occasionally get orders incorrect - but I can't blame their English. During the COVID-19 crisis, the hotel is very safe and the only issue was the lack of people wearing face masks, people only seemed to wear them during dinner and breakfast. Overall, it's a decent hotel for the family if you are looking for a getaway. Personally I won't be returning due to the lack of food choice and lack of entertainment services. I think the only reason it gets so much attention is because it is branded with the "TUI MAGIC LIFE" company. I hope you enjoy your stay more than I did if you choose to go.

Deshalb wurde der Check-in verweigert. Ich versuchte, den Preisunterschied per Kartenzahlung auszugleichen, was jedoch abgelehnt wurde mit der Begründung, es sei nicht möglich. Nach fünf Stunden Diskussionen am Schalter, begleitet von mangelnder Kundenfreundlichkeit, und stundenlangen Telefonaten mit dem Reiseveranstalter in Deutschland, stellte sich heraus, dass es sich um einen Systemfehler handelte. Leider erfolgte keine Entschuldigung seitens des Hotels.
