The wide variety of food was really nice (although very salty), and the service was impeccable. We enjoyed the convenience of the game room. The facilities were also very pleasant, modern, and clean. I also found the WhatsApp concierge/assistance service to be extremely convenient. Ferdi was always so responsive to my questions, and it made our stay a lot more seamless. Our one complaint was that our first room (1217) seemed to have a somewhat foul stench in it--almost like rotten cheese or gym shoes. Luckily, they happily moved us to another room the next day, but we noticed a slight stench in that room's closet too, although not as strong. The room layouts are a bit odd, where the shower is directly adjacent to the main room area, so there's no way to change after your shower without entering the main room area. This would pose a challenge if you're trying to maintain some privacy after showering. It would be much more practical for there to be a "dry" area outside the shower but still within an enclosed bathroom where you could change. Aside from some nit-picks about the room though, we really enjoyed our stay.

The main restaurant food is really repetitive but still good. If you get tired of eating there you can always take a 5 euro can ride into the city center and walk around there and try their restaurants outside of the resort. If not then try the a la carte restaurants inside the resort. The Japanese grill is fun and delicious, the Italian is very good, the Chinese it's ok only I would rather much save my stomach to eat something else. The mini bar inside of your room is always refilled everyday!! I like the fact that the lounge area where the bars are they always serve you chips and peanuts and drink. You're truly spoiled when you're there! The spa is amazing! The inside pool is small but the sauna and Turkish bath was awesome!!!! Everyone has to experience a Turkish bath at least once in their lifetime! Table tennis is around every corner. If you want to play any kind of sport you just go to the animation desk and ask them for it. The animation team is fun and friendly! I like the fact that they remember your name! They are such friendly people. Here is a word of advice I strongly hope you take into consideration! Please do not pay 80-90 euros for the cab drivers to take you to old Antalya! That is a god damn rip off. YOU CAN RENT A CAR FOR 20 EUROS FOR THE WHOLE DAY!! The car rental has a gsp on it so it will take you a where your heart desires! Having the cab driver take you there for 80-90 bucks is a fucken rip off and they know it! They only stay there 4 hours and it takes about an 45 min to an 1 hour to get there! Don't do it! Rent the car and explore on your own! The city is completely safe! Your only DANGER IS OVER PAYING!!! Back to the resort. In the spa area there is a small gym connected to the spa and inside pool. Equipment is clean and new. The elliptical is the only out of date thing in there. The most fantastic thing about this resort is they have an app you can download! It tells you what time events are happening! It tells you what time the main restaurants are open and it even reminds you of fun things such as yoga outside and where you can grab some delicious ice cream during brunch! Around non there by the beach they serve Turkish pancakes! They are filled with potatoes or cheese. For the sweet tooth in is some pancakes even have cinnamon and butter!! Yum!!!! There are a ton of resorts to pick from in Belek but I would return to this hotel in a heart beat for the type of service I am receiving! People who remember your name and remember what you like to eat and ate genuinely happy to see you makes this resort the top notch. I'm the American girl that flew all the way from Texas to Turkey!

The look of the reception area is quite nice. The rooms however, were a little bit small. We got the deal view rooms which were nice. It's just that the sea is quite far a view and you see the resort area first. So I would save the money and get regular rooms and just spend time at the beach. Now, the all inclusive package includes food, alcohol and activities in the resort. The spa is separate as are activities on the beach. I have stayed at all-inclusive resorts where everything is included so this was disappointing. Food was good enough. Good variety. However, even though there are 5 restaurants on the scene, they are all open at different times - so you pretty much have 1-2 choices at one time. Alcohol is rubbish. They didn't know what Moscow mule was. The margarita is the worst I have ever had. The mojito was just ok. We got to taste Raki which was the only saving grace. The wine they served with dinner was average. Spa-wise, they told us they gave a discount because we were part of a tour group. In $50 bucks, we got the peeling/Turkish bath/massage/face pack package. My mother had a Turkish bath in Pammukale also and was deeply disappointed at the quality of everything here. So if you want the experience, sure. But I think there are better. Massage wise, I prefer strong deep massages and this was not. After a day on the beach, I wanted a good massage and this didn't really do enough. On the beach, outside of swimming in the ocean, everything has to be separately paid for - they have parasailing, wind surfing, some jetskis and other floats. No snorkeling or kayaking. Price range is anywhere between $50-300 depending on the number of people. We did parasailing which was actually very nice. But remember you shell out another $85-100 for photos and they don't allow phones on the boat for your group to take pictures of each other. Inside the resort, the so called water activities are limited to like 3 slides. The pool water was super cold. A lot of the activities were directed to kids. Not that we didn't have fun but for 3 adults, we would've liked to have more stuff directed to us and the other resorts obviously looked better.

Every detail is curated to perfection. Many things to do, and the staff is ready and willing to go…read moreabove and beyond so you enjoy your stay. Everything from start to finish is an incredible experience. Guests are treated like royalty and you are never bored at the MAXX. No lineups, no frustrations, no admin... everything is well taken care of by your MAXX Assistant. 100% would recommend.

Luxurious resort!!!…read more I am not a fan of "all-inclusive" resorts... but wow! This one is amazing! The best thing is that you do not feel you are in a massive building surrounded by many other massive "all-inclusive" hotels like in Cancun. Instead, the Gloria Gold Resort is huge, nice, quiet and beautiful, with its own beach. The service is excellent. Their goal is to make you to enjoy every minute you are in the resort. They have a theatre with movies, two discos, the beach several swimming pools, activities for kids, etc... All you want during a relaxing vacation. I really enjoyed my room: huge, with many extras, great (free) mini bar, etc. On the other hand, the food is so-so, but I guess this is true in all the buffets in the world. Perfect spot for vacation with kids, or for golf lovers! But even if you do not like golf, give it a chance and try: the golf courses are gorgeous.
