I even went to their office in July and spoke with the office manager, Nicole Cosenza, who assured me the project would be completed, but nothing ever moved forward. Their phone number now appears to be disconnected, and I am not sure if the company is still operating. To make matters worse, one of the windows they installed is still cracked, and I have no way to contact anyone to fix it. As a senior, I feel taken advantage of, and I hope sharing my experience helps others make informed decisions.
