This lead to our discovery of Pike Road Mobile Vet. Although it was so sad, they were so unfailingly kind and compassionate throughout. I really appreciated the flexibility and consideration this service provides. Sierra had cancer and was quite emaciated in her legs. Gently and patiently, Dr. Nelson and her tech Amy did an amazing job keeping Sierra relaxed and comfortable.

Asked if we wanted an estimate for the treatment and wanted to do what was best for the cat and us. Have a lot of faith in this new veterinarian (to us). Our boy was dropped off for treatment and will spend the night there. We expect to hear from the veterinarian later. Very communicative with owners. Military discounts. Close to home.

We have been using "Pet Care Center" for 25-30 years for all our pet care needs from new animal…read morecheck ups to euthanasia. They have always shown compassion, professionalism and are reasonably priced. The doctors make you feel like your situation is the most important thing going on. We had a situation a couple of weeks ago that reinforced our opinion of these amazing caregivers. We brought our 14 month old Cocker Spaniel puppy named Brees in one morning because he couldn't urinate. Dr. Danny Mount immediately diagnosed bladder stones. Within the hour he performed successful emergency surgery. He called and let us know all went well. He was going to need hospital care for a couple of days. We went to visit our puppy the next day and as they were bringing him to us he started having seizures. It was very sad and scary. Dr. Mount immediately gave him meds to try and stop the seizing. At the same time he began trying to figure out what was causing this. He dropped everything when we were there and spent at least an hour or more talking to us. Eventually we had to leave and planned to come back the next day. We came back the next day and Brees was still in the same condition. Meanwhile Dr. Mount along with his son Dr. Jonathan Mount had figured out the problem. I won't get into the diagnosis, but I will say that it was something he had his whole life and we had no idea. We found out that Dr. Danny could check on the animals via cameras. He saw that night that Brees was not doing well and at midnight he drove an hour and spent the entire rest of the night taking care of our puppy. After another morning of talking with Dr. Mount and holding our puppy we left again with plans to return on Saturday. Dr. Mount also decided on a plan of action to treat Brees. Saturday morning Dr. Danny called and said he had been there again most of the night with our puppy but he had passed away at around 4:00am. I went back to the clinic and Dr. Danny and Dr. Jonathan spent all the time I wanted talking to me. We feel very confident the two doctors did everything they could to make our puppy well again but it just wasn't to be. If you want to take your animals somewhere that you know they will get amazing care then take them to "Pet Care Center".

This is a HEART BREAKING situation that has happened to us and I totally I feel VERY CERTAIN that…read morethis Happened at VANITY FUR. WE have used them for years we have 2 little ones that we have taken them to for a very long time. We took Teddy our Pom to them on the 21st of August 20023 for grooming we picked him up the same day. We noticed the next day that Teddy could not stand for a very long time and he would sit down and have a hard time to stand back up we could not understand what was going on. We made him an appointment with The Ark on the 29th. We took him there and they done no x-rays or anything just gave him some meds to take and said his joints were out of place we gave it to him for 12 days he did not get better he got worse. We took him to All Creatures VET CENTER in Millbrook they were a lot more concerned about Teddy's condition as far as why he could not stand or walk. They took X-Rays and None of his Joints were out at all but one thing it did show was that he had 2 disk in his back were pinched at the top like his back had been pushed down and it caused the 2 disk too close up at the top causing the nerves to be pinched so his lower part of his body was not getting any control so he could walk or stand . It looked as if he had been hit on the top of his back and it cause the vertebrae's to collapse. Before Teddy went to be Groomed he was FINE and then this happened . The Doctor has him on Steroids hopefully to reduce the swelling of the disk if this does not work he said he may have to have Surgery on his spine and it could cost several Thousand dollars. MY question is how can you take your pet to be groomed and he is doing great and then this happens or shows up for NO REASON AT ALL . We have been in contact with Vanity Fur but NO RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER AT ALL. My Wife's Heart is Broken because Teddy is her Baby and I am Fit to be Tied with this

When you can purchase healthy pets from private breeders at a quarter of the cost I'm not sure why the prices aren't lower. Other items are reasonable and in some cases not found elsewhere. The store is clean and items displayed in a fashion where it's easy to find what you're looking for! Whomever sets the prices for the pups definitely needs to be a lot more reasonable. I could buy a car for what you pay for a pup!
