For context, they painted the interior or of our entire home - walls, trim, and ceiling. The team knew how to work with high end paint and transformed a set of drab, beige, poorly textured, and banged up walls. They sanded the walls to manage the texture, worked expertly with tricky corners, managed complex work with dry wall to address dings and structural oddities. They are not just incredible painters - they are also amazing project managers and partners. The team managed our paint job while we traveled, but our furniture and floors were kept pristine (despite our 0% prep for them). When they ran out of paint (because I insisted on getting it and didn't get enough!), they reached out. When I didn't get back to them soon enough, they went to the store and perfectly matched the color, no VOC, and other specifications. Everything was just perfect and I had a great experience. I like how Kirk did the estimate and walked me through the entire process. He is also very quick to respond and answered any questions I had. Communication was amazing! When the day to finally start the painting took place they arrived on time every single day. Carlos was very great at answering the questions that I had and was communicative. They were very understanding with my situation because I'm in a small condo and have a cat. So they painted 3/4 of the condo in two days let the paint dry then moved into the other room with my cat so he doesn't have to be stuck in his cage for the day. Each room they painted they let me walk through and see if there are any imperfections and if everything looks okay. They did fix one thing I pointed out in the same day which is great! They also did move the furniture where I wanted them to be. Very accommodating! Overall I love the company and am very happy I choose them.
