When I drove up it was a very pleasant atmosphere! It looks like a very sweet country home. When I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly woman who checked me in. She showed me to a room where another lady went over what was being done today! It took only about 5 minutes to check my cat in. When I picked her up which was about 12:30. I was again greeted by the same lady. Again very pleasant. She showed me to the same room as this morning and said doctor would be in shortly. As I sat waiting for the doctor they had some excellent music playing. The rooms and area of the building was amazingly clean. Doctor came in and was very nice. It seems that my cat has an ulcer in her mouth. He showed me a picture on the screen. What was very impressive was that he went over everything with me. He let me know that we could try a few things first ( that wouldn't cost me anything)... and if that didn't work there was other options to try. He was a very pleasant man!!! My spirit totally agreed with his!! I will definitely recommend them to everyone!! OH BUY THE WAY DID I MENTION: I wasn't able to afford the surgery do you my limited income and thanks to God's felines and yes, Arab Veterinarian Hospital I only had to pay $50.

You could tell they really care about animals. We came here from Huntsville (45 minute drive) because of how reasonably priced the Veterinarian care is here. Clinics in Huntsville were charging California prices, but Westside's prices won't make you have to take out a second mortgage.

My cat came in with a UTI but she was bright, alert, and responsive with normal eating and…read moredrinking. The first day we left the vet she declined significantly and continued declining until I took her back in. At the recheck I shared the new concerns and she was put on more meds and declined again much worse, eventually passing away. I knew it was a bad idea for many reasons to put her on steroids but I wasn't able to talk to the vet about it because my appointments were so rushed and when I would try to ask questions I would be redirected back to what I was being told instead of having a dialogue about her care. I'm devastated that coming in for a UTI ended this traumatically. The facility was nice and everyone was pleasant. The pricing was fair but it cost her her life. I hope this review encourages a little more time in appointments for pet parents to be able to voice concerns and also more consideration for how meds will affect the overall health and not just the issue. She didn't deserve to die, especially this way.

I cannot say enough good things. It was super easy to set up an appointment with her. You can call or text at your convenience. She mentioned she mostly takes appointments Tuesdays and Wednesdays with some weekend availability. The shop is located in a pasture behind the house. She asks that you call or text upon arrival so that she can meet you. The shop was very spacious and only a few dogs were inside. It's located only about 10 minutes from downtown Guntersville where you can find food and shopping. I ventured into town while the pup was getting his cut and it was a very easy drive. To my surprise, I only waited a little over an hour for him to be done. She accepts cards, check, Venmo, and CashApp! Will definitely be back!
