1.) They use muzzles. One peep out of your dog and bam, muzzle goes on…read more 2.) Dirty kennels. I asked for a tour before booking a reservation and the kennels were quite dirty. 3.) Unsupervised outside. During the tour, there was no one outside watching the dogs. 4.) Employees treated poorly. I observed the owner, Kris, speaking poorly to an employee (harsh language and unwilling to listen). How do you think employees will treat your dog if they are treated this way? 5.) Owner, Kris, trying to hide something. Their website features lush grass, not gravel. Clean kennels, not poop-laden dirty ones. Nice, friendly employees, etc... Take your dogs somewhere with web cams so that they can't hide anything!

My experience with this place happened a few years ago but I happened to drive past it today and…read moreremembered what a horrible experience I had with this place. I had meant to write this review back when the incident occurred as well as write them a letter letting them know what frauds I think they are. Long story short, I made a mistake and one of my dogs ran outside of my fence and bit another dog as it was walking by with his owner (yes the owner kicked my dog and his dog bit my dog as well but ultimately it was my fault and I owned up to it). I immediately sent the dog to my vet and it was stitched up like new....except the dog owner called the cops on me. I ended up in court. Part of the whole process (which I'll save my opinion for another time) was that I had to have a behavioral analysis done. The court gave me a list of several places I could go and this place was on the list. I chose this place because my vet vouched for the business. I took my dogs (yes, the courts put both of my dogs on doggie thug list) and the man was such an arrogant man and was very condescending towards me. However, after several behavioral tests with other dogs he acknowledged that my dogs are not aggressive towards people or dogs. We talked and most of what he told me was a positive review of my dogs. I felt confident until I actually received a copy of the letter the man sent to the court. It was absolutely nothing like the conversation we had and the experience we had. He made me and my dogs out to be thugs. Perhaps this man is anti pit bull but it was absolutely a lie on paper. The funny part is the judge didn't give two rat's ass about what this person wrote. He got his outrageous amount of money for being a pretentious know it all about dogs and puffing his ego up by degrading me, not just my dogs, with his spiteful words. Since this experience I've been able to move forward and volunteer many hours with dogs and people helping them understand the importance of training and education especially when it comes to bully breeds. This man can blow it out his a** for trying to pretend to be something he's not. And....if this place has maybe changed ownership since my experience, I do apologize for this rant but I forgot how upset I was over that man's false words to the court. So...moral of the story...be a responsible dog owner so you don't get your dogs in trouble and end up having to pay money to scoundrels like the carpet baggers at this place.
