I still had to wait about 25 minutes for her to finish someone else up. In that case, do not even provide appointments and just say it's a first come, first serve basis. On some occasions when I dropped in and (there were no people but she was on the phone) she seemed annoyed that she had to hang up to take care of a customer. Hair salons are so abundant in the city, I am sure I can find one that provides much better customer service and actually cares to provide a good quality haircut.
