I booked with CFWW back in March, and because my wedding venue is doing a room flip, I later discovered that I needed to adjust the delivery time for my tables and linens. When I contacted them, I was told they could accommodate the change for a $35 fee. During that conversation, I was also told there were no other deliveries scheduled for my wedding day. I verbally agreed to the $35 charge. However, when Divina sent over the invoice, there was an additional $50 fee labeled "schedule manipulation" that had never been discussed or agreed upon. When I questioned the charge, she explained that it was because she had to rearrange other deliveries, which directly contradicted what she had told me during our initial conversation. What should have been a simple scheduling adjustment turned into an incredibly frustrating experience. Adding unexpected fees after an agreement has already been made is unacceptable, and the lack of transparency left me feeling as though they were looking for ways to tack on additional charges wherever possible. To make matters worse, Divina was incredibly rude, condescending, and disrespectful throughout the interaction. I have rarely encountered someone who communicates with customers in such an unprofessional manner, especially when they are simply asking for clarification about an unexpected charge. Planning a wedding is stressful enough without having to deal with unnecessary fees and disrespectful customer service. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. A low price means very little when the customer service is this poor.

If you want things you didn't even know you needed to be taken care of handled before it comes up this is the company for you. Stephanie was awesome! She was very real and down to earth. My fiance felt very comfortable with her right off the bat which was most important to her and the relationships Stephanie had with vendors and her knowing the market so well balanced out the cost of having the wedding planner so there really was no extra cost in the end to have the planner.
