We used Harmony Limo this past weekend for our wedding to shuttle guests back and forth to our venue and could not have been more pleased! We used 2 different "shuttles" and both showed up on time, were clean, professional drivers, and they made sure that we made it home from our venue safe and sound which is why we hired them to start with! If I had another event requiring any sort of transportation I would highly recommend them! read more

Wish there were a NO STAR RATING! Because one star is more than this company deserves! So dissapointing when a company won't do the right thing to correct a mistake or to make up for an unacceptable performance. This was an absolutely horrible rental and most anything that could go wrong, went wrong. Those along for the ride called it the trip from hell! *No Air Conditioning with weather in the 70's *Passenger got sick from heat *Driver had absolutely no clue where he was going * In addition to not knowing how to get to the destination, driver had no GPS *No working radio / Wires exposed from the interior *Rained and rain was leaking into the interior from outside limo The company blamed it all on a renter from the night before this trip who tore up the limo, but as I reminded them, that previous renter didn't tear up the air conditioning, send a driver who didn't know where the destination was nor had a GPS to get him to the destination, nor made the leaks occur when it rained... they had no answer for that point that I raised Beware of Harmony Limousine operating in Springfield, Illinois my friends! read more

I have worked with transportation companies in other areas and they are much more professional than others I have dealt with. The staff makes the reservation process pleasant and is very efficient. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. It's not a surprise that all reviews for this company are atrocious. I prepaid service for them for a car from STL to Springfield, IL. I filled out the contract and gave them my work and cell number. They told me the driver would text my cell when he got to STL. I waited almost 45 mins and no one texted. Their weekend number and email is a generic office number so I had to go through 3 other ppl to get the driver's number. When the driver called me he was not at baggage claim like he said he was and I had to find him. There's only 1 baggage claim at STL so I'm not sure how that happened. The second time I hired them I prepaid again and they picked me up in a full-stretch limo that had no AC and pistachio nut shells all over the floor. The third time I hired them I gave them my flight itinerary and they attempted to pick me up on the wrong day. They called me that morning and I retexted my flight info. For some reason there was an issue with the charge going through and instead of telling me, since this company pre-bills every time, one of the owners decided it would be ok to tell someone else in my party who had absolutely nothing to do with my car reservation. They obviously have no respect for confidentiality. I was going to hire them a fifth time because my company had already thrown them thousands of dollars of business and I thought we could trust them. One of the owners emailed and said her texts kept bouncing back and that they didn't have a cell number for me. No sure how that's possible when they were able to contact me 4 other times on my cell. At this point it had been at least 4 days since there was an issue with my card and I had not heard from any one at Harmony Limo about it, just from my coworker. Finally out of nowhere one of the owners thought it would be a good idea to call me on the same day over 6 times, left several voicemails, and sent several emails basically suggesting that I was trying to rip them off and that I needed to submit payment immediately. This infuriated me. This company broke confidentiality, THE OWNERS were completely unprofessional, and these guys have continuously committed credit card fraud by placing charges on my and other coworkers' cards without their permission. I haven't hired them since and have had a much better experience with another car service. Unfortunately, just when I thought I was done with them they fraudulently charged my card without my permission for an additional ride. read more

Do not go to this company they are unprofessional and the service was horrible the limo broke down on the side of the road and my husband had to attempt to fix the car it overheated and there was no air-conditioning whatsoever it was my wedding day and they would not send another car to replace the broken one i am highly disappointed !!
