Here is the quick & dirty. * They have 2 locations Fort Collins on Harmony Rd (hence the name...) and Brighton off Bromley Ln. * The staff is AWESOME!!! Funny, friendly, and helpful. * They cater to both wholesale and retail customers * While they may be in kind of obscure locations, totally worth checking them out. * Huge selections of trees, shrubs & perennials I am glad that I have found this place. I was prepared to spend a few thousand on trees, until I talked to an employee, who while quoting prices to me drops the f word repeatedly.

We worked with John Jacobs today buying tress etc for our yard. He was hands down one of the best customer service individuals that I have worked with. He was kind, knowledgeable, funny and a pleasure to work with. We live in a new neighborhood in Wellington and we will be recommending our neighbors use Harmony Gardens because of John. Gone downhill since not local and bought out by corporation Site One. 2 trees died quickly, planting crew is incompetent with poor communication. They don't seem to care about quality or customer service anymore. I've spent thousands here but will go to one of the many other options in NoCo from now on. read more

I bought alot of trees from this place last year and paid to have them planted . When they brought the trees they looked almost dead they said they would come back in the spring and replace them if they still looked bad or were dying, nothing but lies and a hassle from these people they dont stand behind there product or return phone calls or emails ,wont even answer the phone at the nursery most of the time ,no customer service . Do yourself a favor skip this place. read more

Bought a tree from harmony gardens the tree died and was still under warranty we paid to have the trees planted. When spoke to them they said they would deliver a new tree but were getting away with planting them. I said i had paid for them to be planted the guy said he would have someone plant it since we paid for it previously. They Showed up and dropped tree off and said it was only delivery that they weren't gonna plant it!!!!!! Horrible customer service will never purchase from them again!!!! read more

This is the way a business - any business - should be run! The staff is absolutely stellar...helpful and knowlegeable, their genuine customer service should serve as the template for anyone who wants to know how to do it right. My family and I stopped in for some lilacs but ended up buying our roses as well since the entire experience was so pleasurable. Without a doubt, we will drive a few extra miles to return to Harmony Gardens for all of our plants and flowers. read more

I recently purchased thousands of dollars of plants, scrubs, and trees. My initial visit was great as an employee drove me around the gardens choosing all my plantings and making great suggestions. We worked up the estimate and I was going to call for confirmation, when I'd pick them up and pay for it. I called the next morning and said I was ready to pay and told them which day I'd pick them up. They said they would pull all the plants and make sure they had them all and call me back for payment. They called towards the end of the day and said they had all the plants I requested and put them aside and said they'd take good care of them and making sure they were watered. This was on a Friday. Due to the memorial weekend I wasn't getting them til Tuesday morning. My surprise came Tuesday morning when they didn't have all the plants, they hadn't been watered, several were dead, and they actually didn't have 2 plants that I asked for and had to replace them with another variety. I did tell them I was disappointed with my experience and all I got was we're sorry we are in transition since they had been recently purchased by a large company. I'm not very happy and may not return again. read more

We have bought our Christmas tree there for four years straight and have always had a great experience and ended up with a beautiful tree. This year was different. This year there was one noble fir availed and literally nobody to help us. Not one person approached us or offered to help. We were so disappointed. We ended up leaving, feeling defeated. We went elsewhere and bought a tee with ease. We will try again next year and hope for a better experience. read more

When we first moved into our new home 5 years ago, most of our landscape trees and bushes came from Harmony Gardens. They were in excellent health and the installation was great. Recently, we continued our plan with an additional 3 trees purchased and planted by HG, but realized within a week that all 3 trees had some aphid infestation. I called HG and reported the occurrence, and spoke to Ian. He was very attentive, asked for me to text him pics of the problem, and then he did some research that very day. He called me back promptly to report that yes, the infestation was their batch of trees, and that they would take care of us. We were able to replace all the trees but one with other terrific suggestions from Ian (who emailed me a list of what they had available), and they pulled the sick ones and planted the new ones within a week! Great service, great inventory, very knowledgable and easy to work with. We will continue to go back as the years go by! read more

Purchased tree that Harmony planted in Oct 2014. Followed watering recommendations of Harmony but tree looked sickly (few and withered leaves) the next spring/summer. Contacted Harmony with pictures but Harmony blamed our watering program and would not send a representative to review the tree (though still under Harmony warranty). Felt dismissed and not pleased. read more

I've been looking for a 2nd tree to add to our front yard, so it will provide shade for a bedroom window where our 2 year old granddaughter naps in the afternoons. I pretty much picked out the tree and was going to ask them what the charges would be for purchase, delivery, and planting; however, my wife said she thought our HOA here in Windsor, Colorado had some 'rule' about being able to plant only one tree in the front yard for homes in our Windshire Park Community. So now we have to determine if that still applies for the Windshire Park Park HOA and/or see if we might apply for a waiver...... We hope to get a reply back from him in the next few days & are hoping we will be able to get a 14 ft tall Maple tree to help cool the front of the house down during the sunniest part of the day. The 2 staff people I spoke with at Harmony Gardens (The Tree Farm) were pleasant & as helpful as they could be; and I had lots of questions... I wasn't sure if 'delivery' & 'planting' of any purchased trees was free and/or whether there was any type of replacement guarantee if it were to expire on us even if we kept it watered & free from insect damage or disease. Guess I'm still not sure of those items, but I really did like the size of the 14 foot maple that I wanted to buy ! Hope I hear good news back from our HOA....
