The problem with this place is the front office staff, in particular the woman who oversees that area - really not friendly, very rude, condescending. I was able to return to Gulleys 4 days after my purchase, and the manager in charge refused to refund or replace the dead plant. The manager in charge did offer 30% off my next purchase. I declined, deciding my shopping days at gulleys was over. I purchased a new fuscia at Lowe's a few weeks later, and the picture is how it is looking today. Independent nurseries complain that the big box stores are squeezing them out. My suggestion is the independent nurseries improve their service and stand behind their product if they want to compete.
