The problem with this place is the front office staff, in particular the woman who oversees that area - really not friendly, very rude, condescending. You know when you meet someone and their soul is just no longer good? That's this woman. She can take that smile straight off your face and leave you feeling very sad. Her staff follows her lead. I appreciate everything about this place and there are so many different plants... The selection is absolutely unbelievable. I am by no means a great gardener, but my entire front yard is planted with plants that I've gotten from the nursery. We usually go to another nursery with this policy : All guarantees begin the date the customer takes possession of their merchandise. The following codes are found next to each item on the receipt and correspond to the guarantee given: Code A - 30 day guarantee: All Greenhouse plants, including but not limited to annuals, houseplants, bonsai, orchids, and other tropical non-winter hardy plants.
