They all put on shoe covers and put down plastic to cover our steps and any area they were working. Each of them were professional, yet kind and very respectful. We had the heat pump, central air, gas furnace and air handlers all replaced. When the work was done they went over everything with my husband and cleaned up to where you would never know they were even here. When I informed him of why she was upset he responded in the same condescending way and preceded to do the same when "apologizing" to her.
