The staff at the front desk were super friendly and I liked how they texted me the forms to fill out during the week leading up to the appointment. I therefore didn't need to arrive early, rather right at my appointment time. I had hygienist Liz and she was so friendly too. She was very informative, explaining everything she was doing and why as we went through the appointment. I had put in the form that I was potentially interested in whitening, so she shared all the information with me (you can do it at home or in office). They also had a welcome package and folder for me with a free toothbrush kit. When I left, everyone told me to say hi to my husband who'd just been in the week before. I was so surprised that they remembered his name and cared enough to bring it up. My teeth feel super clean and I feel relieved to have found a new dentist!

I sat there doing nothing for 20 min waiting, till they realized as I headed back that my paper work wasn't complete, then rushed to get that done while Dr. Lewis waited over my shoulder. Which was annoying but fine. Then the xray machine was up to date, however Dr. Lewis complained that she had no hygienist and that she would be doing the cleaning herself. She, as I can best describe, ripped at my teeth while scrapping. She would go to scrap a tooth and rip through my gums as well. It was the most painful cleaning I have ever had in my life. And it had been 6 months since my last cleaning. She seemed rushed and angry, it was an awful experience. I didn't try to do the follow-up I needed on one tooth, I was like, get me away from here. I have since been very hesitant to get the further work done, as I'm afraid to go to a random person because of her. She did also appear to have an assistant to record the number on my gums, as she checked for gum disease. However no one could do the cleaning, and someone was on vacation. It seemed poorly run, and very painful... very painful! The ironic part is she told me my teeth were in great shape, however she yanked at a crown that send me flying out of the chair. I would never go back. She needs more staff, better manners, more communication and just to do a cleaning correctly.

They got me back quickly to do an exam and X-rays. Dr. Olga determined a plan of action for my broken tooth and started the numbing process with some topical numbing agent. Once fairly numb she administered the first novacaine injection. They moved me to the procedure room where Dr. Olga number me some more then so the second shot would not be as painful. Dr. Olga completed all of the necessary work for the root canal and prepped me for a crown. They took the X-rays and made the crown while I waited in the lobby. All of this was completed within 4 hours.

The hygienist, Michelle, took her time cleaning my teeth and was gentle. She even took time to educate me on things teeth related that I didn't know (I found out I grind my teeth and she explained why that would happen and how to prevent the wearing of my teeth). When you schedule an appointment, know that it may take months for an appointment but you can always be added to a wait list during a day where you have flexibility to go to the dentist when last minute cancellations happen. I can understand why they are booked so far in advance. The experience was great and the staff are nice too!
