I have hated working out so much, that I even offered to pay friends to forcefully drag me to the gym to workout, but they rejected my offer! It's sincerely been 16 years that I have been trying to find a passion for exercising, and I cannot believe that I am actually saying this - but I finally enjoy working out and feel great about it! In all sincerity, it is all because of Strength Rewired, Sammie and her team. The gym is clean, the sessions are personalized, the vibe is welcoming, gracious, soothing, calming and motivating - I could go on forever! In the past, I have never been a fan of overbearing trainers screaming in one's face to push past comfort levels, because it's just not motivating to me at all, which is why I love this place. Sammie is extremely encouraging, warm, understanding, knowledgeable and so motivating! (This applies to the other trainers at SR as well!) Her training style is so different than what I always pictured in my head 'personalized training' would be, and I love it. I feel so lucky that my husband and I found this place! FYI - He also joined the same day he went in for a consultation, which was what I did a few days before him. I wholeheartedly recommend this gym to anyone who has ever felt like me about exercising, and/or has any level of interest in positively enhancing their lifestyle.
