Everyone I have encountered at Harmonie is pleasant and does their job joyfully. I feel comfortable there!

The NP listened to my concerns and took every concern seriously. All my questions were answered. The best thing is the online patient portal. I use it a lot. Even if I just need tsound off, I get a reply or advice which ever is appropriate. Just a note, if you ever have a concern for a non medical concern, the office manager is a good listener. read more

If you are looking for a dermatologist do yourself a favor and look elsewhere my doctor visit was rushed Maybe 4 minutes total and all of the information that they so called took down was entered into the computer totally wrong totally wrong fast forward I keep getting a prescription but the doctor will only give a proper prior authorization that only allows me to get one round of my prescription and not all my refills so I have to continue and keep calling back asking for another authorization which takes up to one to two to three weeks to get the staff is totally unprofessional totally unprofessional sometimes they might not even call you back no matter how many messages you leave sometimes they'll leave you on hold and never come back it's just a mess this is the most unprofessional dermatologist office I've ever been to so if you are looking for a dermatologist do yourself a favor and look elsewhere this is the worst the worst the worst!! read more

I saw Dr Elbert last week for some spots growing on several places on my body. I requested a body scan for any I may have missed and received a very cursory exam that missed many more than she found. I will not be returning. read more

I was referred to Harmonie Medical by my Primary Care MD. I only went once, and that was enough for me. Without a doubt, one of the worse experiences I have ever had at a medical clinic! I saw Dr. Sheehan after reading all the reviews I was skeptical however I was referred by my doctor. I was totally impressed from the initial check, being seen by Dr. Sheehan and check out. I am unsure of the care others received but I will go back and refer any one to this practice. I did hear they have changed staff so perhaps the other reviews made a difference. read more

Horrible experience! I had an appointment for removal of diagnosed Basal Cell Carcinoma on the bridge of my nose near my eye. The procedure was done on a Monday with the cancer thankfully removed on the first layer. The wound was cauterized with a follow up visit with the plastic surgeon on Wednesday. I had gauze on the area and instructions which I followed closely. The next day at my daughters graduation ,the cauterization broke resulting in massive bleeding from the area , so much I passed out and had to be taken via ambulance to the E.R. ( I lost a liter of blood ). I called the office from the E.R once stable to explain the situation. I was offered an appointment that day but declined due to unknown time I was going to be in the hospital, and decided to keep the Wednesday appointment. I ended up missing the graduation by the time I was released . At the appointment on Wednesday, they did not record the incident and I had to explain what happened again. Finally the plastic surgeon arrived ( and hour and a half late) and he also had zero knowledge of what happened and after I explained the incident to him again, his only response was " I'm sorry , that happens to the best of us" . This incompetence , poor bedside manner and lack of professionalism is inexcusable. He explained that the wound will heal on its own but insisted I get the surgery . He released me , telling me to think about it and said they would follow up .That was the last I heard from them. Now I am on the hook for $2500. ambulance ride. and the original visit fee . read more

So let me give you my experience: My 3 year old daughter has a whole body rash. We have been to greater than 10 doctor visits. We have tried all prescription creams for exema body wraps you name it. I'm a registered dietitian, so I thought of eliminating common allergenic foods. We have eliminated wheat and cow milk (Not all milk protein) Needless to say, nothing has really worked. My poor kid scratches herself awake at night. That is some backstory. We have seen a lot of docs including pediatric GI, but we did not try a dermatologist. Fast forward to Harmonie "medical" The good: I got an appointment same day. There is a keurig in the office. My daughter got a lollipop. The bad: Front desk is operated by high school? kids. Waited about 45 minutes to get called back to a room. Another high school kid? took information from us. I provided all relevant information that I listed above, in addition to showing pictures of the rashes, products we tried, etc. We wait about 45 minutes....my kid is screaming and crying her eyes out because she wants to go home. I try to restrain myself, because I tend to complain when things go wrong....go figure. I go to the front desk, tell them I've been waiting in a room....Within 1 minutes a Pa? nurse? student? comes in the room, they dont introduce themselves so I dont know. I tell them the above relevant information. No help - 2 minutes later Dr. Sheehan comes into the room. (This next encounter lasted about 5 minutes) I explain all relevant information. The solution? "Try wet wraps, try over the counter meds" WE DID THAT. ..... Tells us to use bleach in bath tub, ok...fine, writes a prescription shampoo, ok I guess thats something? Then tells us to come back in 1-2 weeks. Really ? Thats all? So I call back today to cancel my appointments, because I'm fed up at this point. Another high school kid answers the phone and says.....wow there are two charts because we don't understand what a hyphenated name is!! Guess what south - sometimes women hyphenate last names! I first saw Jordan, who is a PA. I had what seemed to be a really bad bump on my temple. I wasn't told what it was, I was prescribed some antibiotic cream to put on it. After a couple weeks with no improvement, I went back yet again. I had to ASK what it was, and I was told an "epidermoid cyst" and was referred to one of their plastic surgeons, Dr. Booth, to get it removed. I went back yet again for a consultation with her. She looked at it then scheduled me for surgery. I go in for surgery (take a whole vacation day off of work for this). Once I arrive, I wait three hours before they ever come in to start the surgery. Once she gets in there, she numbs it, draws back with a needle to see what she gets.. then tells me that she actually doesn't think we should do the surgery because it seems to be a vascular malformation and says she guesses she should have drawn back on a needle with it at the first appointment (yes, she definitely should have!!). So I was then referred to see a derm at AU. I'm not very happy that I have wasted a vacation day off of work and a lot of time and money just to be misdiagnosed. They weren't very thorough in trying to figure out what it was before making decisions.. which is scary! I feel they need to do any/all kind of testing beforehand to determine with utmost certainty what they are dealing with and the best course of action! I had Skin Cancer surgery @ 2016, so I had two visits every year for follow up, then one visit a year. The surprise this year 2021after changing the appointment last month to Dec 28, I received a voice message saying the DR will be in Vacation and the next available appointment will be in March!!!! God forbid having again any skin cancer issues I WILL SUE THIS DR, ISN"T HIS RESPONSIBILITY OR NOT??? read more

I took my daughter to this facility and she never saw Dr. Sheehan, I am assuming it was his assistant. We were in the room with her for all of 5 minutes for her to tell me that she doesn't know what it is and to give my daughter bleach baths. She prescribed her some type of cream that literally removes the top layer of your skin, which I stopped using because it was causing my daughter's skin to become raw. They scheduled us to come back for a follow-up visit of which I called to cancel because the initial recommendation was not helpful and they still billed me as a no-show. I called to let them know that I was not a no-show, I actually called to cancel the appointment - they assured me that they would remove the $25 no-show fee, but it still appears on my bill. I went to Dr Sheehan's practice to have a growth removed that I had for over one year, which never heals and doubled in size in the last few months. After discussion with both the medical assistant and Lauren Lewis-Hebert a Nurse Practitioner, I was led to believe by Lauren Lewis-Hebert the growth would be removed but was shocked when only a biopsy was taken. Lauren Lewis-Herbert never mentioned she was only planning on taking a biopsy. After the procedure, she related that even if it is pre-cancerous, they would not removed the growth. They would only remove the growth if it is cancerous or turns cancerous. My advice, go to someone who will make sure you do not have to worry about potential dermatological cancerous growths. read more

Dr. Sheehan has been my dermatologist for the past year. My friend referred me to him. He is phenomenal! He's professional and has a great way of making patients feel at ease. My skin has vastly improved since seeing him. If you need a great dermatologist, I'd recommend making an appointment. read more

I do not highly recommend. I have had 2 bad experiences there with medical procedures and lots of pain afterwards. I also feel the staff is low in knowledge and do not know what they are doing and take forever to get back to you. Need some training folks! read more

Had my first appointment today. Filled out all the paperwork ahead of time, paid my co-pay, then waited 30 minutes until the PA took me to a room. She took my blood pressure and left. Waited 35 more minutes but no one came back. Came out of the room to see what was going on, and apparently lunch was going on, because no patients in other rooms and no doctors around. Beyond arrogant. Got my money back and I won't be back. read more

This business is unbelievable. I go several times for a skin condition, and the doctor, while very nice, keeps telling me he has no idea what it is and keeps prescribing different treatments. Two weeks into another treatment, I call back to say I'm getting worse. He asks me to come in and in 3 minutes in the room with me concludes, with no tests, that I have this contagious condition and I need another kind of treatment and walks out. The office staff won't get near me and won't take my payment when I go to leave. The office bills me a month later, and when I dispute the bill it gets turned over to collections. My first visit with another dermatologist resolved my issue. read more
