Zero STARS!!! Of course you can't post anything on their page unless they scan through it and read it first. Which means that they're probably picking what post they want to go on their page just like on their website, all great reviews right?! Well I know different, we got cheated out of $50 3 days ago, because they failed to check the gas tank to see if a hole was in it. We were asked if there was a hole in the gas tank up on arrival, and the answer was yes. However when we got our check they shorted us $50 because they said there was not a hole in the tank. We brought it to their attention they looked at the gas tank, seen there was a hole, apologized and said that they would issue another check. At that time we were told that we could sit in our air conditioned truck while they voided that check and issued the new one. We were on E and asked would it be okay if we ran to the gas station while they handled what the needed to. They replied,." yes that will be fine we'll have your check waiting on you when you get back." 10 minutes down the road and $20 in gas later, we were told that we had voided our check by leaving the property. Management is rude and unconcerned with the problem and furthermore even trying to resolve our issue in a timely fashion and or professional manner. After being put off for 4 days... the owner finally did call us back he asked us why we were harassing his employees. I'm sorry but I didn't know that trying to get our money by leaving messages on voicemail was also considered harassing his employees. We will never do business with these people again their thieves and common crooks and there is no doubt in my mind that they meant to do exactly what they did over $50 dollars. I hope it was worth it to your Harmons, like for real scrap prices are up are you guys really that hard up for $50, we are... why we SCRAP! LOL don't worry we'll tell everyone we know might even bring it to the media's attention! ... also just a little FYI wonder how many people they do that to a day that doesn't look at their receipt sorry we read! That just makes me super concerned for the people that actually trust you guys and don't read the receipts when leaving your scrap yard Heads Up Guys check your receipts they're scamming you! read more

kelly the owner and crew have always done me right-I enjoy doing business here.I would recommend this business to others in our community.The prices are fair.I know the economy is like a bar graph up and down;Prices could be a little better but I know they have to make money too.I will continue doing business here it seems like since under new management things are run better and your in and out pretty fast. read more

Called and they said they charged 1.80 for copper #2 wire , once arriving and already given all my Cooper they only payed me 37cent after giving me my check , I wouldn't recommend this place read more

Just so dissatisfied. They started docking checks for aluminum tires on cars. Can anyone answer me how I'm suppose to run a car over the scales with no tires? I don't know what idiot came up with that new rule, but it was clearly somebody who has never sold scrap before. Though, The yard staff is really nice with the exception of some rude lady. I don't know her name but she ha mid length dark hair and wears rather large roundedish glasses. I've only seen her once, at the end of September. However her "I'd rather be literally anywhere else with literally anybody else" attitude left a lasting impression on me. I would say I hope to never see her again, but harmon has lost not only mine but also my whole family's business so I don't have to worry about that. It seems every time I would go to Harmons there would be a new stupid rule that made no sense. So save yourself the time and go somewhere else. Literally anywhere else. read more

Great business very clean and friendly staff. The state makes them get your Valid ID and Valid Tag receipt which is good cause it keeps the crackheads from stealing stuff from innocent people. Atleast one scrap yard is honest read more
