I would like to start by expressing my appreciation and a billion thanks to Mr. Larry Harmon and his team. They have helped me two times. Back on 2012, Janet Yang made the painful process of short sale my first house, easier. Since I could not keep up with the mortgage payments of a variable home-loan, Janet negotiated with both buyer, and lender to prevent a possible reposition by the lender. After the short-sale, I walked away without any debt, thanks to Janet's negotiations and expertise. Now, after three years, I could qualify as a First Time Home Buyer. Janet showed me many houses, and got the best lender it is. Mr. Rick Loveal. He was able to qualify me up to three government programs. Two of them, due to the work I do for a living, and the other the FHA. After a very lengthy, and complicated process, I am enjoying our house, with my family. It is still hard for me to assimilate. In regards to "Yelping" I do not do many unless I really feel like my experience needs to be shared, and this is one Yelp worth writing and reading! Long story short, My family an I were looking to purchase a home. We had a few real estate agents before Janet Yang at LH that were lazy, not looking out for our best interest and just plain crappy. I was on the verge of just giving up on becoming a homeowner until my wife reached out to Janet. One of the best decisions we have EVER made, period! Talk about a professional, knowledgeable, hard working, passionate and honest people.. That's Harmon Homes. Once I met them, they not only gave me confidence, and an education, but it was just a great experience overall. When Janet told us not to worry she would find us the home of our dreams, I let her and her team do their job while we sat back and enjoyed the ride! I trusted them and it paid off. My husband and I are once again looking to buy another home. There was no question as to contacting Janet to help us. She is so thoughtful and thorough in the process. For the past few years I had been thinking about getting rid of my rental properties in SoCal. I wanted to relocate with my husband to the Bay Area and I didn't feel like owning properties that far away. My old realtor was no longer in business. So I called Larry a year ago to get a feel of the market. He offered free market evaluation over the phone. Then he called me a couple of times to follow up with me. He was very knowledgable over the phone. By the time I was ready to sell I already talked to a few other realtors. So I gave him a try and I'm so glad I did. We has some problems with the tenants, city permits, etc. But he really handled all our problems. I eventually sold all three of my rentals with him. And I was really happy with the price. Every 6 months we would get pre-approved, we would look at a few houses and a few realtors and then ..nothing. All the realtors were sub par and they would show us homes that were just " not us".
