Zak is the best! Before working with him, I had another realtor who left me to figure things out on my own and didn't seem to have my best interests in mind. From the moment I started working with Zak, everything changed. He took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for and guided me through every step of the process. Thanks to his expertise and negotiation skills, I was able to successfully close on a duplex, and he handled every negotiation with professionalism and confidence. Zak is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly cares about his clients. I always felt supported and knew he was looking out for my best interests. I couldn't be happier with the experience and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you again, Zak! read more

I had a wonderful experience purchasing with the Rivera Group. My mom, husband and myself were looking to buy a multi-family home in Long Beach. We worked with Zak and it was a great experience from start to finish. We were moving from LA so working with an established Long Beach agent was very helpful. We found a perfect home in a fantastic neighborhood. Cal Heights. It was a super easy home buying process and even after closing and moving in Zak and the other Rivera Team agents have been friendly and helpful. We are loving life in Long Beach. read more

The Rivera Group - So thoughtful - Real Estate Agents Near Me - Long Beach, California

My sister-in-law recommended a realtor, Zak Kuczynski, from this group and I am really glad that she did. As first time home buyers, Zak is everything you need in a realtor: not pushy, responsive to questions, and overall simplifies the home-buying process. Zak is great at negotiating, and if it weren't for those skills -- we might've not been able to close on our property (originally, the sellers wanted to close con-currently with a property they were buying, but later found out they didn't close on that property). Also, he never drops the ball on any paperwork, which is very important during escrow because timing is everything when you want to lock your rate. Overall, I highly recommend Zak as his patience, knowledge, and timely responses make him the ideal realtor. He definitely reduces the stress when it comes to home buying. Thanks for helping our family find a home, Zak! read more

Grace is hands down a fantastic agent and a tremendous individual! Ms. Olsen-Bonilla came highly recommended and did not disappoint. She searched high and low to find a condo that encapsulated each and every one of our must haves. Even after the purchase of our condo she periodically followed up with us, just to make sure everything was ok. As our family grew so did the need for relocate. Without hesitation we reached out to Ms. Olsen-Bonilla who put together a dream team of colleagues who had my home listed and sold within a week. Might I add Ms. Olsen-Bonilla helped us purchase our first property for less than asking price and when we decided to sell we obtained offers exceeding the list price from serious buyers. We thank you Grace for being amazing can't wait to enlist your services again! read more

My wife and I had been searching for our dream home, on our own, for several months. We had made an offer on another home with the help of another local agent. In our first unsuccessful purchase attempt, we learned a lot, and knew that we needed an agent that would work better for us. We were recommended to Grace, and Rivera, and set up our first meeting. From the first meeting, we felt comfortable with Grace. She had a system laid out for meeting with new clients, that efficiently streamlined the process for both her and us. She asked the right questions, was very knowledgeable of the city and all of its different unique neighborhoods. We set up a day to tour several properties, and the second home we looked at, which had only been listed for one day, was our home. We knew it right away. We made an offer, and the seller accepted. Once this happened, throughout the next 30 Days, we were constantly updated, included and informed on every single thing that was happening throughout the process. All of our questions and concerns were addressed quickly and completely. We get our keys to our beautiful home tomorrow, and never once had any fears or stress, while making one of the biggest decisions and purchases of our life, thanks to Grace and her team. I don't foresee another move in our near future, but when that time comes, we know who we will be calling. read more

Grace was recommended to us by a friend that told us that she was knowledgeable and great to work with. Their description was a huge understatement! Grace exceeded all our expectations. To start she has a deep knowledge and years of experience, that she used to our benefit at every turn. Beyond that she made us feel prioritized and valued. Having bought a home previously we understood the process could be bumpy but honestly, with Grace at the helm it was an unbelievably smooth ride. She was on top of everything right from the start. We ended up getting everything we wanted and our in love with our new home. In another post I read, Grace is described as their "Saving Grace" and we could not agree more. read more

Ask for a market review. The Rivera Team "gets" data and knows how to use it! I know, because I have been a customer since 1998! Eileen knows people and Real Estate. With 20 years in and about 7 closed properties a month in 2014, they have seen it all! After selling two homes and buying three with the help of Eileen and her partners, I know the intricacies of paying attention to timelines, understanding where to invest in my properties so they show best, and how to price so the transaction got done and we moved on with our plans instead of waiting around for weeks and weeks hoping the house would sell. It's not true that realtors are the same or that they all just push paper through a process. The Rivera Team has a couple cool hat tricks, the widest reach in Long Beach, and a proven process for communicating thae message to the marketplace. I know; I've lived it and made my life easier because of them. My favorite thing? The tenet this group lives by: be of service; that's what is needed. How nice is that? These seasoned industry-leading experts proved to me that they were just as excited about my future as I am every time they made an extra phone call, goosed a handyman, or double-checked on an escrow. I highly recommend giving them any RE business. read more

My friend and coworker recommended Grace to me since she is very knowledgeable of Long Beach and they had a great experience with her. From first contact I felt more than comfortable with her. Not one time during the search or closing process did I ever feel stressed because Grace was on top of things before I could even think of them. From helping me get a much lower rate for my home, to her team of contractors and handymen, to the negotiations and closing of my home, Grace had everything under control. She made herself readily available via text and email and made sure to keep me in the loop throughout the entire process. I work nights and sleep during the day and Grace even would call be late so she wouldn't disturb my sleep. Words cannot describe how professional, competent, and friendly Grace is. I recommend her to all. I even referred to her as my 'Saving Grace'. read more

We referred our friends to the Rivera Team in the hopes that they could move to Long Beach. They were abel to make an offer on a Condo in downtown LB, and although they were nervous about the experience the Rivera Team was there at every step of the journey. They had their happy ever ending when their offer was accepted and now are proud new residents of our town. I can't rave enough about the Rivera Real Estate Group! We had the pleasure of working with Nicki Rivera DeLia of The Rivera Group. Nicki is caring, reliable, organized, punctual, professional and responsive. Nicki is highly responsive to texts, emails and phone calls which is critical in this market and the neighborhoods we were interested in. She showed us over 20 homes. I referred my friend to The Rivera Team when she needed to sell her mother's home in Long Beach. My friend raved about them. They met her at the property and were very astute about what remodeling and repairs had to be done to maximize the sale for her mom. They didn't advise her to do anything unnecessary - just what was needed to attract the type of buyer who would want this home in this area. The sale went smoothly - the house was in escrow very quickly. They were in communication with her constantly, and I never heard her complain - only great things to say! I would recommend them for any real estate needs in the Long Beach area. They're a terrific team. read more

Grace Olson-Bonilla sold my condo in Long Beach at a price I never dreamed I would get. She is amazing. Super professional, knows her stuff, and knows Long Beach real estate like the back of her hand. She is always easily accessible and quickly returns phone calls and texts. Selling a home can be a stressful and confusing process. Having Grace there to hold my hand, explain everything in language I understand, and answer all my questions, really helped me get through the sale with my sanity intact. I have recommended her to family and friends who have sold their homes, and will continue to recommend her to anyone who needs a stellar realtor. read more

Eileen Rivera is our friend, trusted realtor and, until we moved in January 2015, her and her family were the best next-door neighbors anyone could hope for. She and her team have sold two of our homes and one rental property. Our first experience with her services was a breeze and we got an unbelievably good deal on our condo. Our second experience was quite different and if not for Eileen's knowledge, expertise and her great team in doing everything they could possibly do to sell our home, we wouldn't be the happy satisfied clients we are today. Eileen made our dreams come true and she can do the same for you. Ken Donathan and Jim Buchanan read more

Eileen and her team made the sale of my house easy. She took the time to answer questions and made the sale so streamline that I didn't have to stress out. I remember buying the house in 1988 with another realtor and how stressed we were at that time but this was easy! Eileen's team (Sandy) was there to watch my dogs while the inspectors were there so they didn't stress out. I didn't even have to lose time at work during escrow! The escrow company she used was edfixient and all the people she referred to do inspections and repairs were done promptly and professionally. Highly recommend her professional approach to selling my house and she knows the market. My house sold very quickly, she found the right buyers, and all I had to do was pack! read more

I bought a house 8 years ago in April with the help of the amazing Grace Olson Bonilla, Real Estate Agent Extraordinaire. Technically, her job was done in 2010, but Grace, being the agent that she is, reached out when she discovered that I needed maintenance help with the house. She gave me great vendor recommendations and coached me on what questions to ask. She's so smart and her vendors are amazing. They were honest, transparent, and saved me a significant amount of money (I'm talking thousands of dollars). If you are in the market for a real estate agent who not only gets you through the purchase or sale of your home, but continues to serve long after her job is done, you really need to call her. read more

Grace Olson-Bonilla is such a pleasure to work with! If you are a little skeptical of realtors in general, Grace is a the realtor for you. She talks to you like a normal person, rather than trying to "sell" you on her properties. I was recently looking to buy a rental property in Long Beach. She knows her neighborhoods! She set up an appointment to drive me to a few example properties, picked me up on time, stayed within my price guidelines and explained the pros and cons of each neighborhood. I love how she taps into resources, like her many years living in the Long Beach Community, to get you reliable and helpful real-world information about schools, safety and resale values. Thanks to Grace's suggestion, I ended up starting a granny flat project on my current property instead of buying a new property. She recommended this idea *despite* losing commission on my potential purchase! That is integrity, which is a key trait for a great realtor. I highly recommend her! read more

My boyfriend and I just purchased our first home with the help of Grace Olsen-Bonilla from The Rivera Group! Grace was referred to us by one of our family members and they had nothing but great things to say about Grace. And I can confirm that on my end, as well! Grace made the process so smooth and easy for us. We went into this process feeling very anxious and intimidated because we had no idea what to expect but Grace had this special way of explaining everything to us so clear and concise. What I love most about Grace is that she is very hard-working. We will text her at any time during the day even at midnight and she will answer us immediately. I know that we are not her only clients and she is juggling a lot of other listings/clients on the side so for her to always give 100% of her time and attention to us, it means a lot. She always looked out for our best interest and never made us sign anything on the dotted line unless we were 100% comfortable. She was there for us every step of the way from looking at houses to closing escrow smoothly to officially handing us the keys to our first home! We will for sure work with Grace again in the future. I would highly recommend Grace to anyone who is looking for a reliable, trustworthy and hard-working real estate agent. Grace, we love you!! read more

I interviewed three realtors and knew that the Rivera Team was the best fit for me because of their sophisticated use of online opportunities to promote the home and because of their top notch advice about how to cost effectively prepare the home to sell quickly. With help from Eileen and Sandy, the house looked terrific and we had a great turn out for the first open house. We received three over asking price offers after only two days on the market. The team was terrific helping me price the home above what other realtors recommended (we got offers even higher) and helping me keep the home looking great in case the deal fell through (it didn't).
